Ordered food at 7:23 on the app for pickup at 8:00. Arrived and still waited until 8:30. Checked bag and items were missing and had to wait even longer. Drink machine was out of soda. I felt bad for the young girl at the register because she was polite and trying to do her best but seemed like she had no help.

They forgot my Order of chips and queso, but I came back to the store and the young man with the arm tattoos and curly hair Was very kind and understanding. Not the kind of service you get from a lot of folks In his generation props to him, he was very polite

They were out of tofu, so I was out of luck for a protein. Had to keep asking for more veggies to compensate for no protein so it would be filling enough. Another employee was having major problems trying to get the salsa holders put back together, so waited until someone else came over and took care of it before I could get the salsa I wanted.

Jordan & Cameron were incredible. A+ Customer Service & Friendly even though I came in just before close. They were out of limes I ordered, but they went to the back to cut them fresh for me. Food was amazing as always, but a Jordan _& Cameron made the Moe’s experience incredible. Best Moe’s experience at this location

I used to love coming to this location and the last 3 times, the service was terrible, staff was unhelpful and the trays were always empty with no help from management just excuses. The was only one young man working, while there were at least 3 other staff members at a table. The manager said they were having a meeting, during the dinner rush on Moe's Monday..... Hopefully this the meeting will improve these situations from happening in the future.

The place is horrendous , the smell inside , the outside has trash all over it. They throw trash all over the outside of dumpster , too lazy to pick it up and put in . For the longest time they kept there fryers outside for months . And this is what u ppl eat out of ….. kids there that act up and play all day . Get yur stuff together and run a business not a day care !!!!!!!! As well they r smoking there e cigggs in building …. What the heck … health department needs a call on them and shut them down ! FOREVER

The team lead Katie should be absolutely fired! She is supposed to be the manager leading the kids working there. She smokes her ecig in the store near the food! While young kids are running around doing everything. Last night we heard her screaming at a young gentleman who appeared to just want to finish his tasks and go home. This is not the first time we have witnessed her absolute laziness!

Ordered a steak burrito off of Uber eats and it literally had three pieces of steak in it. It was all rice sour cream and lettuce. This moes is absolutely garbage and has just been going downhill. I used to love this place. But now I’ll just go to chipotle. $18 burrito and it wasn’t even the size of my fist and absolute garbage. Do better.
