Usually Moe's does a really good job with getting our food delivered, and Moe's is a really good place to eat at, but my recent delivery came with uncooked rice. Not sure why we got served uncooked rice. But it ruined the whole meal. Kind of disappointed. Were they serving uncooked rice to everyone today?

Restaurant was very clean but most importantly the staff was welcoming. Seemed understaffed but still managed to be proficient. The worker was very patient and kind to the new person she was training even though they were very busy with orders.

I used to eat at Moe’s weekly back in the day for Moe’s Monday. I finally give it up. The food is trash and they won’t change. Today was the straw that broke the camels back. I ordered take out and I had the stack. I don’t know where, if at all, the tostada was or the rest of my toppings. The entire back of my stack WAS BURNT. The cheese was like rubber!! I honesty don’t mind burnt food but this was bad! Not only that but it was so huge and falling apart. It was put in foil and thrown in the bag. I couldn’t eat it. My husbands burrito was so sloppy and exploded. They made no effort to rewrap it. He couldn’t finish it either as it fell apart. His burrito leaked all into the chips. Half the chips were edible because they were undercooked and chewy. This was just so disappointing. Do better!!!

For the past year, every time we've had food here there's been issues with order. They make a lot of mistakes. The restuarant isn't very clean, food isn't very fresh. Well tonight was final straw. Ordered take out, got home and started eating and our meals had raw chicken. Mine was translucent and my daughters was pink. We were very grossed out. The whole family had to take activated charcoal incase of food poisoning. This was it for us, never returning to this place!!! Beware.

Sign out front says that they open at 10:30. So I go at 10:30 and the doors locked. I get in eventually and a lady in a blue shirt comes from the back to express her displeasure at there are 3 people in the store when they open at 10:30. Not only were they not open. Nothing at all was prepared. Unless you wanted chicken and white rice. 4 people all there ‘working’ looking at each other confused. Honestly wouldn’t have even wrote the review if the lady in the blue shirt had a better attitude.
