The North Port Networking Gem (The Lady Pirate's Favorite Port!)
I can't say enough good things about the Panera Bread in the Cocoplum Village Shops. As a local networking lady pirate, I need a reliable, welcoming 'port' to dock and meet with colleagues—and this is it. The service here is consistently the best part of the visit. The staff is efficient, friendly, and always makes you feel genuinely appreciated, which fosters the perfect, relaxed setting for professional meetups.
Beyond the superb atmosphere for networking, the quality never dips. The food is always noticeably fresh, making everything from a quick salad to a warm sandwich a delight. Crucially, for those early morning strategy sessions, the coffee is strong, hot, and reliable. This location is more than just a cafe; it’s an essential community hub. Highly recommended!

I ordered a Mac and cheese bread bowl and was given a broccoli cheddar bowl. When I said something about it I heard the workers say they were out of bread bowls so instead of telling me that they pour the soup out and put the Mac and cheese over it. The atmosphere there was totally disrespectful we sat there listening to the crew talk down about a past employee with the manager right there joining in.

The promotion they give on TV it's very hard to get. You have to do it through your app. Make it very difficult. So we gave up and the manager don't help you at all in the store.

The staff is very sweet and they work hard. Try not to come between the hours of 10-12, they tend to get overloaded around this time.

Just ordered a drink online to pick up through the drive through - order placed at 2:54pm, order confirmed ready 2:58pm. I sat in the drivethru line for over 15 minutes waiting, checked in at the order box stating I was there for my online order, so its not like the girl was unaware, she told me to pull forward. When the car in front of me pulled away from the window, instead of being handed my drink and an apology for the long wait I got to wait an additional 2 minutes and get asked to pay for the person behind me's order. When I informed the girl I was there for my online pickup she still had to pour my drink. No apologies for the long wait, nothing. Received drink at 3:10pm.
Team desperately needs retraining. Hoping this actually gets to management staff, because this interaction was absolutely unacceptable. In the current economic climate it's unwise to keep staff members like this around, unless you're willing to put in the work and train them to do their jobs properly. An apology literally isn't asking for much, especially when I've been waiting for a drink for 15 minutes.

Waited 15min in the drive thru for 2 bagels and a drink. One was just a plane bagel with plane cream cheese. They forgot to put the cream cheese in the bag. Slow service with high prices smh
Had the ham and egg Benedict sandwich on croissant. Added cilantro, extra sauce, arugula, and peppers. Very good.

Went via drive through and the wait was utterly ridiculous with a wait time of 35 min., I kid you not. All we kept getting was an apology for the wait or thanking us for our patience. All we ordered were 2 bagels and 1 beverage this particular morning. I sure hope management has a chance to see this review and take action to prevent this from happening in the future to their customers. In all fairness, we will alwys frequent panera as this is our first
go-to in the morning with the family as the food is exceptional! Brush up big time on your customer service Panera!!!

Love going in on Tuesday for Bagel and getting Bagels for my crew... Isabel is awesome, she is very nice and friendly. Every time I've went in,she's been great.. 😃
