Came here after shopping for Christmas and one of my kids ordered kids mac n cheese and it was a 3/4 empty, my moms sandwich wasn't toasted and used processed like cheese. The floor was dirty, I had to clean my table myself. It just wasn't worth almost $50 for lunch for all of us. Won't be back to this location!

Sat in the drive through line for 20 min for 2 grilled cheeses and a soup and was told to pull forward because it was going to be another 10 minutes. Got a refund instead. Couple other times the drive through has taken way too long as well and then ended up giving me the wrong food. At this point I don't think I'll be going back.

Which one of you guys dumped an entire carton of cream in this coffee read the ticket and thought “that looks right”? When you try to call to speak to someone about it they tell you the manager is too busy to talk and will call you back. Received no call back and this ended up down the drain. What a waste of money and terrible management.
