Pizza was cold, one papadia didn't have meat and the other was not the one I ordered. I tried to solve this at the store level but an employee kept picking up the phone and putting it back on hold.

The pizza was cold when it got here. I ordered food so I didn’t have to cook. I am so disappointed in this service. I am from Louisville and I have been eating papa Johns pizza since it began this is true worst order I have ever had from them. I had hoped to make it a regular again but not like this. I cannot serve cold food to my family. I shouldn’t have to cook a delivered pizza. I would have rather hat a frozen pizza because at least it would have been warm k for my family.
