I order delivery from here at least once a month. I use the PapaJohns app. We love their pizza and rarely have any issue with a delivery. I love that I can order in the morning for a timed delivery later in the day. That’s so convenient! Using the app allows me to use PapaDough points, which frequently gives me $2-4 off my order.

It's kind of ridiculous, that pizza places can't pay delivery drivers enough to keep them around. The manager called and said door dash has the wrong order and we have to tell him to go back when he gets here. Mind you, I ordered straight from the store, NOT DOOR DASH! This isn't a bash against this store, as I have not even seen the driver for the first time..... THIS IS ABOUT UPPER MANAGEMENT AND THE FRANCHISE AS A WHOLE! Absolutely ridiculous! Pay driver's to work for you, and you might not have these issues.

I order from here every now and then when I don’t feel like cooking. My pizza is always hot and done correctly, my daughter loves it. I’ve gotten a pizza from here 100 times. Never had an issue. The ONE time they messed up, I called them and they gave me refund without even hesitating. One time I even ordered my pick up from the wrong store and they made my pizza a high priority and got me my food quick! (Even on my own mistake) I love their food and I’m pretty picky. Sucks only the crazy’s leave reviews because I know they do a good job.

I'm so sick of ordering extra sides and not receiving them and whenever I call store they always say that they will give me a credit, and there's nothing else they can do and that has never happened on multiple occasions they blame door dash for the reason why I can't get my extra sides. I'm here to say that papa John's doesn't keep promises and always forgetting to send something that I've paid for this is getting very old with the poor service

I ordered for delivery and got a pineapple/mushroom pizza, boneless buffalo wings, and the Oreo dessert. The pizza BARELY had ANY toppings on it, the wings were chicken nuggets with sauce dumped in the middle, and the dessert was cold to the touch. For $30.08 I expected SO MUCH MORE. Not to mention the DoorDash driver you selected to deliver for me (I ordered on the papa John’s app) was SPEEDING in a neighborhood that’s 30mph. He was EASILY going OVER 60mph! NEVER AGAIN
Pizzas were ready on time for pickup. Friendly service and as always, great taste. 👍

I don't really have a complaint about their pizza but I can't even begin to describe how rude and unprofessional the staff are...wow...the 2 girls in there last night were terrible...both left the counter and went wherever while the pizzas came out burnt and stacking into each other!!..a customer yelled "hey!!" And 1 of the girls snapped at him What??? From the back room...he goes your pizzas are burning!...and then they both started swearing and it was just unbelievable...I won't be back

I ordered a 6 cheese Tuscan pizza & paid $30 after delivery & tip. First, my pizza wasn't cut which is annoying. Then to add to that, it was very lop sided, very greasy, there were no seasonings on it & there were no seasoning packets. It looked like a plain greasy cheese pizza that should have costed me the normal 14.99. Oh & did I mention half the mozzarella had slid to one side of the pizza during transit which is on delivery but it had started to ooz over into the box. This isn't the first time I've ordered a specialty pizza & got a regular pizza. I ordered a New York style that was clearly hand tossed & again just gross. Any time I order to pick it up, the staff is ALWAYS screaming at each other, they are rude to customers, the store is nasty, and sometimes there's no one around at all & you'll just stand there for 5 minutes before someone comes around the corner. I fully believe if the franchise knew about the condition of the store, quality of over priced, nasty food that comes out of this store, & how incredibly rude the staff is they would take immediate action. I've wasted a lot of money (so have many according to the reviews) hoping this store would turn around & turn back into the quality pizza I grew up on & loved but this store obviously has no standards at all. I am fully disappointed & would like to see something done asap
