I have ordered several times from this location and the food is always good and the service is acceptable, *most* of the time. I ordered a pizza last week and, in the defense of the staff, it was pretty late. I walked in and greeted the first employee who happened to be mopping the floor next to the front door and i received an unintelligible, mumbled reply at which point he yells FRONT COUNTER! Loud enough to alert one of the guys in the back that there was a customer and he was annoyed at having been disturbed in his mopping. The guy comes out to cash out my order and I inquire about switching to a smaller bottle of soda 20oz. Versus the 2lL I ordered which, at the time, was the only option available on the app. Instead of just doing it (which may have required the assistance of Mr grumpy pants with the mop), I was given a lecture on cost of soda per ounce and how it was much better deal to get the bigger bottle. This after I specifically said I wanted a small bottle so it wouldn't be wasted. I decided not to pursue the matter. The food was still delicious, but its things like having a bad attitude and offering debate instead of just complying with a simple request that can really affect the overall dining experience of any customer.

I ordered a large 3 topping pizza supposed to be 7.99… it was 10.99? I asked why and lady said she didn’t know why?♀️ Got the pizza and it was supposed to be 1/2 pepperoni and 1/2 cheese. It was covered in pepperoni and greasy like heck! There was even grease in the bottom of the box. There was like 7-8 pieces of pepperoni on each piece. I asked why and she said it’s the way you ordered it. My daughter ordered the pizza for us, we just picked it up and paid for it. Our grandson wouldn’t touch the pizza and my husband ate a couple bites of 1 piece which he loves pepperoni pizza and his hands were covered in grease. He put it in the garbage!! The lady at Pizza Hut told me I should have someone order for me if I don’t know what I’m doing.. I left angry before I got into a verbal argument with the associate . Sooooo thst was the worse 11.76 I have ever spent! My husband said it will be a LONG time before we go back.

The food was great. The issue was: I selected delivery, but apparently, that's no longer available, and the order was switched to carryout. That's the WHOLE point of why I order pizza; so I don't have to leave the comfort of my home. Deleted the app and never ordering from ANY pizza hut again due to this.

Don't bother ordering any of the Hut Box. Deceptive advertising for what you get. Called location and was told "that's what it is". Double melt was one dried out triangle and four small boneless wings. Not again.
