Absolutely phenomenal. I’ve never had Colombian cuisine before. I had the pulled brisket with beans, rice & plantains. 100/10. The brisket was packed into the container. It was juicy, tender, full of flavor. The beans as simple as those ingredients are also packed on flavor and the sweet plantains are a good addition to all of the savory flavors.
