If they aren’t going to stay open till the time they say then they should change the hours. I drove 15 mins to get there, arrived at 9:10 to find out they locked the doors and they have a sign on the window that says Saturday opened till 10pm. I’ve seen other reviews complain about the same situation.. please update your hours.

We love the Shiver Shack - they have an unbelievable menu of ice cream and THE BEST Hawaiian Shave Ice hands down!! The owners and staff are incredibly friendly and the atmosphere is great for families. We highly recommend visiting the store you’ll love it OR they have a mobile truck for events and public or private parties!!!

Didn't expect this place to have great ice cream and have such a warm ambiance. The lady serving ice-cream was friendly and engaging, also she wasn't phased by our loud toddler. If you're in the area give them a try. I personally enjoyed a waffle cone.

My girls and I came in to get some ice cream after our daughters got some shots at the doctors. Denise was super nice and fixed us right up! The Shiver Shack theming is super cool. Denise does it the right way by making her own syrups and special ordering unique flavors of ice cream that you can’t find in a normal grocery store or a franchise ice cream shop. My wife and I will definitely bring our girls back here again soon. Thank you Denise!
