Haven't been to Starbucks since the pandemic...but so glad I came back for a delicious Pumpkin Spiced Latte ...worth every penny! Staff very friendly and the service was speedy. Definitely will be back sooner this time!

So this is my local Starbucks and I always have great experiences here & today was especially great when I received my cup with the “take it one day at a time” note and it fit so perfectly into my life at this moment it was very touching to me! 💪🏼❤️

Previously gave you guys five stars and then I took it down to one star because you gave me something that taste like burn plastic but now I’m giving you guys back a couple stars but still leaving a couple off because the ordering process at this location is always so shotty and they don’t like communicate well as the drive-through in the screen usually broken. I’ll honestly go to the one by City Hall just to avoid dealing with this location. I said two items very clearly and then she’s like talks back to me like I’m not talking clearly, but the screen is broken so I can’t see what she already heard but it’s like she’s acting like it’s my fault she can’t understand the two items that I’m trying to order even though I’m reading them directly off the Menu

No soap in either bathroom and the lady at the counter was so rude about me asking if they had any soap to wash my hands after I used the bathroom. Denied my request and then proceeded to take my cash from my unclean hands with her bare hands and immediately walk past her hand washing station and directly to start making my food, still with dirty hands that had just touched my money that was in my unclean hands. 0/10 on hygiene, telling me I could wait for the person to get back from Walmart with soap. Kind of wild, super unhygienic, but if she wasn't so curt and rude about it I'd never have left this review.

We stopped at this starbucks a few times during our trip to North Port. Very slow service every single time. Unfriendly staff. During our last visit, an employee got upset when we stood by the counter to place our order. She kept handling the register roughly while taking our order. After a long wait, Drinks were not well made and matcha was in clumps.

I always order a ice vanilla latte with vanilla cold foam and line up the cup with caramel drizzle and apparently they don’t know what line up the cup means because I pay extra for nothing they just put caramel drizzle at the bottom. The best Starbucks around here is the one at price and Sumter

I ordered a Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino, which is usually my go-to. When the young man at the window handed me my drink, I told him it wasn’t correct. He insisted it was, and I didn’t want to argue with someone who makes my food. There was no mocha or layered whipped cream — just cookie blended into the coffee base. These drinks are already overpriced, so it’s incredibly disappointing when they’re made wrong, and even more so when an employee argues that they’re not. This is why I refuse to tip before receiving service. Nine times out of ten, when I tip upfront, my drink isn’t made correctly. I don’t even care if you don’t know how to make it — just tell me so I can order something else. It’s either that, or he was trying to gaslight me, and I have to wonder if it was reprisal for not adding a tip.

My experience when coming to the establishment to enjoy a pleasant atmosphere and service to consume their products is sometimes complicated by their staff, workers. They are not friendly because their attention is not empathetic. Another situation is that they keep the place dirty, we can notice that some workers are doing nothing and that is not pleasant to come to have a coffee or a snack and the floor and tables are dirty.
