This is by far the best Starbucks I have ever been to! Their staff members work hard every day and have positive attitudes! Josh has a great sense of humor! They always get my order correct down to the specific amount of ice cubes! Great job to every employee at Starbucks!!
Friday 4/12/24 at 9 am, we got some breakfast and coffee. My sister ordered a chai coffee and it was too sweet, the drive through was very nice and remade the coffee. I didn't get her name but she should be commended for her excellent customer service.
I really need the straws to be on hand when I come to pick up my drink. It is a pain to wait for someone to attend to you and give it to you, and even more so if you order through the application, only one person wants to arrive to pick up the order and leave, not to waste minutes to order a straw.
