This place has become horrible. The way they throw the coffee together and the food is not worth the price you pay. They apparently can’t even stir the coffee anymore. The sandwiches aren’t even really together so the cheese sticks to the wrapper. Yet they ask you for a tip before you even pay. When you ask them what they handed you out the window as it looks nothing like what you ordered apparently you are in the wrong. They may reluctantly offer to remake it but at this point you have NO IDEA what you will end up with. Not all Starbucks are like this. I have only had this issue with this one and it has happened on more than one occasion. I wish I could post the pictures of what I paid for today.

Horrible service, rushing me to complete the order , very rude , with attitude beccause I was talking in Spanish to my kids, she didn't care I was with my two kids on MOTHER'S DAY, huge line of clients and only one register machine working . Horrible place never coming back here.

I had a very positive experience with Aaron and his team today! I ordered a drink through the mobile app on October 8th and the store was closed due to the hurricane Milton. I have been working “Hurricane hours” at my job and my schedule has been extremely busy so I wasn’t able to make it back to the store until today October 18. I was really hoping to have my mobile order replaced but I wasn’t sure if that would be possible due to the time passed. Without hesitation Aaron and his team went above and beyond to make my beverage and even gifted me a mummy cookie. I appreciate this store’s professionalism and kindness.

Was never greeted. Waited nearly 30 minutes in store for my order because I wanted to go inside and use the restroom, versus the drive thru. They focused only on the drive thru and pickup orders. And the prices have gotten pretty outrageous that a 30 min wait is not worth it. I’ll stick to local coffee shops from now on.

I feel like the drinks here are more concentrated and tastier than the other two locations between North Port and Port Charlotte. I feel like the last two I mentioned have watered down drinks, compared to this new location. I used their drive thru. The only issue I encountered was getting out and back unto Sumter Blvd. You will have to make an entire loop around the building and use the back entrance near and come out opposite the emergency services building, then access Sumter. I think I’m gonna use this location a bit more since my mango dragon fruit drink was amazing!
