I just walked out of this subway, and was told that I couldn’t get extra teriyaki sauce on my sandwich because they were almost out, and they were saving some for the next customer! I even offered to pay five dollars for extra sauce, and he said, no, I want to save this for the next customer! I’ve been going to this store for over 15 years, and because of this, I will never go back. I hope it was worth losing a loyal customer just so that you could save enough sauce for the next person! By the way, this guy is young, blonde, very short hair, don’t know his name.

I walked in there just now and it smelled like dirty mop water. The employee looked at me high as a kite and said, sorry I have a big order so it will be awhile. She proceeds to make 5 other subs. During this time, she told me she can't toast anything. Then another customer comes in and tells her that she's out of most sauces and toppings. Once she's done I asked her about the tuna and almost every other meat. For some reason she said no to everything. I walked out at this point since apparently there's nothing left of anything. She was too high to comprehend anything. Needs to be let go for her laziness, being high, and rude.

I recently visited this Subway with my wife and kids, and the experience was incredibly disappointing. There was no line when I arrived, but when I mentioned I had a larger order (for my family of six), the employee told me I should order ahead next time. From there, things went downhill. Each sandwich was made incorrectly despite clear instructions, and the employee audibly sighed every time a new customer or online order came in. It’s not my responsibility to manage their scheduling or workload. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere—this location clearly lacks the professionalism and customer service I expect.

I put in an online order 30 minutes before close and they were too lazy to complete it. Miserable staff, no customer service whatsoever. They let the order sit for ten minutes and cancelled it, claiming to be closed. Would not recommend.

The women working there has an attitude the minute we walk in to pickup our mobile order and then we get home and my sandwich is all onion on the left and all peppers on the right for a Philly and then my partners sandwich was just absolutely chaos and mustard everywhere, also didn’t get the new peppermint cookie we ordered.

I love the service here. We usually go on the weekends and we always use coupons. If you download the app, you get great savings. A lot of times we order online and pick up in store . I love the variety of breads they have. Service is always spot on. Our fav is their chicken teriyaki sub!

First, the bag of chips were stale. Like very stale I understand there could’ve been a leak in a bag but then when I’ve bit into the sandwich, the bread was also stale. It was definitely not fresh.

Its so stupid, they have covered up their meat selection with a steel shield so u can’t see what’s going on there, it can be fly’s, roaches anything under that piece of metal, i ordered a buffalo chicken and instead got a rotisserie chicken just because I could not see what they had for selection, ill just go to different subway next time

I tried for at least an hour to place the order on line and then I realized their computer was down. So, I took a picture of my check out screen and printed out the sub orders and drove to the location. As soon as I walked in the door, the lady behind the counter, if you can't pay with Cash we can't help you. (And not in the nicest tone either). I explained why I was there and told her I didn't have a problem paying with cash. I asked her if they would honor the FLBOGO and told her that I had all the info on my phone. I was rudely told, that NO they could not honor that. Not even, I sorry we can't honor that. I am totally done with that Subway. It is too bad because it was fairly close to my house.

I have been to a lot of subways in my life. But, the lady (Leah maybe) working on 1/13/2024 at 8:30 pm was by far the nicest and and made a great sandwich. She should be recognized for her work.
