This is definitely one of the better subways in terms of quality, cleanliness, etc. What I have to say they have one guy in here working his name is Carlos this guy is holding it down with a smile on his face. I straight up asked him if he was here alone and he said yes. That man deserves a raise and another employee. I walked in he has five sandwiches out being made for online, he got them done quickly and started on mine and started on mine. With just a smile on his face. Most other places can really take a lesson from this. Give that man a raise, he deserves it.

Ordered 2 veggie subs online when I went to go pick up my order they said they were out of smashed avocado and I was like OK no big deal but when I got the car, I saw they still charge me for it and I was like OK whatever still no worries, but then I got home and realized they also charged me for extra cheese and didn’t put on my sub. It’s like the skimpy sub I’ve ever seen in my life if I’m honest it was like almost $25 for two subs that were like dry bread and like a sparse amount of toppings. Veggie sub should have more cheese than this without even asking for extra.

HORRID SERVICE! The service is received today was so unacceptable that im actually writing a review. I came in on 5/31/25 around 3 pm. The women there already had an attitude when I walked in. Carrie, the women working, was slamming the bread door, rolling her eyes at customers and stomping around as if someone forced her to work there. When it was finally my turn I began to order my sandwich and asked for the sauces first. This women rolled her eyes, mocked me under her breath, and slammed the bread door closed before going over to the sauces. Before I could ask for a small amount of suace she was already lumping mayo onto my sandwich. She threw the meat and cheese on to my sandwich and continued huffing and rolling her eyes as I asked for veggies. When I asked for olives she picked up a handful and and then dropped half back into the container. When I asked for extra olives she raised her voice and said that's all she had. She continued to throw together my sandwich when another couple came in and she yelled at them telling them it would take her 10-15 minutes before she could help them. By the time I took my first bite of my sandwich the whole thing fell apart. This women needs to get a grip or find a new job.

I was really excited to try the new Steak Doritos sandwich at Subway — it’s what brought me in. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The employee behind the counter steered me away from ordering it, making it sound like it wasn’t a good choice. I ended up going somewhere else, but I left feeling let down. If a new item is being promoted, customers should at least feel encouraged to try it — not discouraged. It just wasn’t the experience I was hoping for.

Went into subway at 9:00pm to pick up 3 subs and was told immediately that there can be no hot subs because it's shut down at 8pm for cleaning. Then tried to order roast beef and was told I don't think I have any, so any sub I wanted had to be a cold cut sub . Spent 50.00 for 3 subs that was not what we wanted and left very frustrated. Why would you close the oven down 2 hours before closing, it takes away half of the menu.

Only one lady working and took forever. Other kid finally shows up and is completely useless. Didn’t give me what I asked for. Then the lady rung us up wrong. We used a coupon and she didn’t apply the coupon and then tried arguing with us about it. Staff was not friendly. They gave 4 little tiny pieces of turkey on my wife’s sandwich.

This is the first negative Google review I’ve ever left. I walked into this Subway, and there was a Hispanic woman working the counter who said she would be right with me as she was texting on her phone. She then came over and took my order and I could tell she was in a hurry. She basically threw all of the toppings on the sub, and was rushing me through the order asking impatiently “what do you want next?” On the sandwich. She never asked if I wanted it toasted. I’ve been to subway countless times and this was probably the worst sandwich I’ve gotten. It was made poorly because she rushed through the whole thing and seemed annoyed I was there. Before I even paid for the sub she was on the phone with someone. From hearing her conversation, it sounded like she was on the phone with a customer who made a larger order. It still wasn’t a good excuse for the terrible customer service.

standard subway experience! no complaints from my visit. The lady helping me was very friendly and the food left me satisfied. Inside was very clean! Usually subways can struggle to keep tables and floors clean but this one was pretty on top of it lol

I just walked out of this subway, and was told that I couldn’t get extra teriyaki sauce on my sandwich because they were almost out, and they were saving some for the next customer! I even offered to pay five dollars for extra sauce, and he said, no, I want to save this for the next customer! I’ve been going to this store for over 15 years, and because of this, I will never go back. I hope it was worth losing a loyal customer just so that you could save enough sauce for the next person! By the way, this guy is young, blonde, very short hair, don’t know his name.

I walked in there just now and it smelled like dirty mop water. The employee looked at me high as a kite and said, sorry I have a big order so it will be awhile. She proceeds to make 5 other subs. During this time, she told me she can't toast anything. Then another customer comes in and tells her that she's out of most sauces and toppings. Once she's done I asked her about the tuna and almost every other meat. For some reason she said no to everything. I walked out at this point since apparently there's nothing left of anything. She was too high to comprehend anything. Needs to be let go for her laziness, being high, and rude.

I recently visited this Subway with my wife and kids, and the experience was incredibly disappointing. There was no line when I arrived, but when I mentioned I had a larger order (for my family of six), the employee told me I should order ahead next time. From there, things went downhill. Each sandwich was made incorrectly despite clear instructions, and the employee audibly sighed every time a new customer or online order came in. It’s not my responsibility to manage their scheduling or workload. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere—this location clearly lacks the professionalism and customer service I expect.

I put in an online order 30 minutes before close and they were too lazy to complete it. Miserable staff, no customer service whatsoever. They let the order sit for ten minutes and cancelled it, claiming to be closed. Would not recommend.
