Absolutely phenomenal service! And the food is of course amazing. I was having such a difficult day when I stopped in for lunch last week. The extremely kind and cheerful woman behind the counter left such an impression that even though nothing had changed about my circumstances, my whole day was better after that quick lunch stop. I wish I knew her name, but all I can remember is she had a cross tattoo on her arm.

I ordered online. 10-15 minutes late the app said the order was ready. I did not see my order so I asked a male employee. He responded with attitude,” can’t you see there is a line”. The order had not even been started. A simple sorry we got busy we will get the order ready ASAP would have made me happy.

Two young immature employees ganged up on my mother and was so rude to her she came home very upset , She wanted an experienced sandwich maker to make her sandwich because the new girl was still in the clueless stage of her training , The customer is always right , that is the number one thing in customer service shame on these two for not knowing that , will be reporting them to corporate , They don't deserve to have a job with that kind of behavior!

The kids at this place are working hard, they are just teenagers, but they get the job done and they are all really nice and helpful. Always have fresh food and the place is always clean. This is my favorite location. Leave the kids a tip and let them know they are doing a good job. A compliment goes a long way

I occasionally do doordash and had never been in this subway until today when I got an order for here. When I walked in the guy was complaining about how doordashers get their too quickly. I don't control when the app sends me orders, doordash does.From other reviews it seems like the workers like to complain and argue with people.I was willing to wait for the food had it not been made yet, I do know how to be a patient person.
