My low rating is not because of customer service, it’s because of food safety. I have a gluten allergy, and i understand there is always a risk for cross contamination when going out to ANY restaurant. However, I’ve seen no effort in any attempt to avoid cross contamination.
I watched an employee take onions off of a toasted sandwhich and put them BACK IN THE CONTAINER OF ONIONS. Even without an allergy, that is like rule number 1 in food safety no no’s.
I should be able to order a salad at a place where their slogan is “eat fresh” without being scared of very avoidable issues. It’s 2025….gluten allergies have become so common….swap your gloves, grab a CLEAN knife, wipe the cutting board clean of crumbs before slicing the meat going into my salad….. it’s a few extra steps that are so simple. There was no line, I was the ONLY person in there.
I definitely won’t be getting a salad from subway anymore because I literally can’t take the risk of them not caring about their job enough to make sure I don’t get sick. Because spoiler alert, I did get sick eating it lol.

Absolutely phenomenal service! And the food is of course amazing. I was having such a difficult day when I stopped in for lunch last week. The extremely kind and cheerful woman behind the counter left such an impression that even though nothing had changed about my circumstances, my whole day was better after that quick lunch stop. I wish I knew her name, but all I can remember is she had a cross tattoo on her arm.

I ordered online. 10-15 minutes late the app said the order was ready. I did not see my order so I asked a male employee. He responded with attitude,” can’t you see there is a line”. The order had not even been started. A simple sorry we got busy we will get the order ready ASAP would have made me happy.
