Im not sure who manages this location, but someone really needs to check on the professionalism of the employees working tonight.
My husband was towing a trailer and physically could not fit through the drive-thru. The lobby was already closed (it was 10:15pm), even though the location is open until 3am. He walked up to the drive-thru window to try to place an order and was immediately told, “We don’t take walk-ups.”
A car behind him kindly offered to place the order for him so he could just pay them. While he was speaking with the car behind him, the drive-thru attendant loudly said, “Is somebody gonna pull forward today??”
That was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. There was no reason to be rude when he was simply trying to order food and not blocking anything intentionally. Very disappointing experience.

I went to Taco Bell for the first time ever last week (I'm in my mid 20's, im a late TBell-bloomer, I know okay lol) and went to this location. Not only was the crunch wrap/food so fricken yummy, but when we pulled up to the pickup window the girl working gave me a lovely compliment when she handed me the food. She was really sweet and it was a unexpected & pleasant surprise. I've been struggling lately and hearing that compliment made me feel really good and was a big pick-me-up. Anytime I'm feeling down now I think about that compliment and how happy it made me; a strangers kindness made a difference. She was on night shift, young, with freckles/reddish hair. I really hope a supervisor sees this review and gives her the recognition she deserves. Sometimes, one act of kindness goes a long way. Even if it seems like a small one. You never know the impact it can have or what someone is going through/dealing with. Thank you for making a difference, Taco Bell Chica! I wish her all the best. Give that girl a raise:)

Really poor customer service! We asked for time to look at the menu and not even 2 minutes went by and we were rushed to order by 3 different people on the mic! There was no one behind us, when we got to the menu they asked us to pull around again to RESTART THEIR TIMER!? We did, then they gave us our tacos but the order was incorrect! We pulled back around for the 3rd time now!!!!! For the guy at the window to just be so beyond rude! I have never experienced such poor service in my whole life!

let me tell you about the discovery lux box when I got this box I was like okay and just another Taco Bell that I'm just going to go through it touched all the right places it touched my soul it should classify as soul food it was so good Taco Bell has now became my number one fast food place because of this I will gladly spend $15 on this just for the burrito itself the burrito was so good I tasted everything I tasted the cheese I tasted the bread I tasted meat I tasted the rice and it was just that good Taco Bell will forever be my favorite fast food place until it's off the menu never in my life when I spend my money on fast food was I like it doesn't matter like I had always be mad I spend my money on fast food but this was the first time I was like I need to spend more this was revolutionary for me I don't know how I will enjoy any other fast food place now because of the burrito in the discovery lux box and I was thinking about spending more money just for the burrito again this is insane I want more fast food when I'm full! it was amazing if you never had Taco Bell in your life I recommend getting the discovery lux box it will change your life on Taco Bell and fast food even if you've been going to taco bell get the box just get the box you need to try it one day in your life before you go.

Order through the app. Burrito supreme and taco supreme combo i requested no BEAN and no red sauce, in colorado some store still have green sause on the line so when I get to the speaker I ask if they have green sause? NO, OK I can except that an tell them to go ahead and put the red sause on the Burrito so I get home and as im going through the bag I notice the Burrito is very small and light, I open it up to find that not only did the remove the beans but the meat, source am, Lettuce and tomato. The only thing on this pick of tortilla was red sause, cheese and onion. Come on, Really!

18$ for 4 burritos for the family. They were the size of tacos. We order here often and they have never been this skimp. One of them was a 6$ quesarito. My 10 year old son counted 4 bites. Very disappointed.

We get food through the drive thru here a couple times a month. The food is usually good and hot. On our last experience though, there was no interaction at all at the window. The guy did not say a single word. Handed my drink and straw without a word. Even when I asked “Is this everything?”, making sure there wasn’t a second bag, he just nodded his head without a word.
Very speedy service though and my wife said she usually has a good experience!

I've been to hundreds of Taco Bell's hitchhiking across 24 different states, this one in particular does everything perfect, food and service is on point, easily a full metric better than other Taco Bell's, it's all about keeping it fresh and being friendly.
This is my favorite fast food place to eat in north port, you can't get better than this without paying for a plate at a full service restaurant
You have to try their mango sweet tea. I go sometimes only for the drink, especially during the height of the summer season in Florida. They are opened very late and I’ve never had an issue with their staff or an order. They are conveniently located on Price and Sumter and have a really nice staff!

The service goes hand-in-hand with the food, I have been to this location two times and I do not eat a lot of Taco Bell but this location severely lacks with prepping my food. The crunch wrap supreme was almost entirely shell with a little bit of tomato and lettuce, ordered it twice and both times I’ve been very disappointed, I will not return to this location because they refuse to put a decent amount of Filling in their food. Paying almost restaurant prices for Crap food. No thanks

I love trying different foods and restaurants. But sometimes I just want a familiar food that I enjoy and I don’t have to wait forever for a table, or end up spending a lot of money. Taco Bell is that familiar food. I know exactly what I’m going to get, and it’s exactly what I was expecting to see. It’s a taco, and it’s pretty hard to mess up a taco! And then I smother it in their Diablo hot sauce, and then watch those tacos disappear!! Taco Bell. They’ve been around since I can remember, and they’re still going strong!
