Placed an online order to be picked up at the drive thru. Order specifically was no ice for our drink, they put ice in it. We claimed a free reward through the app redeeming cinnamon twists, and never received them and ordered mild sauce, was given hot sauce instead. Lady in the window wasn’t the nicest either. Overall there needs to be a lot of improvement at this establishment. Wasn’t even busy either, should not have had anything wrong with the order.

The whole joint is always immaculate, and the team is engaged and amazing. The young lady with facial piercings and dark hair in the morning has amazing service skills, perfect energy for the morning and the cook team behind her always prepares things perfectly. Mcd sucks.

This is the best tbell out of the other 4 or 5 others in the area! Food comes out hot and exactly how you ordered it. Chefs were whipping it up 11/9/23 pm shift and shout out to the girl on drive thru for being an absolute sweetie!! Love you guys, will def be back <3**I hope the manager or boss of those workers sees this and gives them some sort of recognition! Service jobs can be rough and reviews are typically from sassy angry ppl - let them know they’re appreciated:-)

I am not a fan of taco bell however when you are starving, sometimes the option doesn't matter. This specific location received a 5 star from me due to the amazing customer service from every single staff member, NO LIE! From the moment I walked in, the speed of delivery of food. The manager on site was amazing. The bathroom and the dining area were clean and picked up. Sauces and utensils were all fully stocked. I would definitely come back just because I loved the service and attentiveness of the staff.

I just waited in line for twenty minutes when they announced they were closed. I was the last person in line. Lazy and stupid, and now there’s a whole family that has to make different plans. Good job! Lack of decent service makes this place a no-go. I’ve never been so angry at a fast food restaurant.

Whoever the lady who was working night shift tonight was rude for no reason complaining that we picked up the doordash at the window instead of stopping and saying something at the intercom when we were the only ones in line, just finding any reason to complain & be rude for no reason
