The app said the dining room was open, I got to the restaurant and it wasn't. Went through the drive through and was ignored till I drove back around to the menu board. Lost my appetite by this time and wanted to cancel the order. They couldn't cancel it. Called Wendy's support to get my money back and was on hold for over twenty minutes without anyone answering. Tried the online chat while waiting and the request was never answered. Finally found the customer care email address and requested the refund. I hope I get my money back ??Never again.

This is worse Wendy's in the state. Horrible service always a long wait. I havnt been there in 3yrs cause of poor service. Stupid me decided to give them another chance, same stuff nothing changed very sad. I can't believe they stay in business

If you're going to operate with a Mobile App for ordering ahead and list your time open until 12 AM, then you **** well STAY OPEN until 12 and honor an order that gets put in and accepted through the app regardless of whether you randomly decide to close early. What you don't do is make a customer have to knock on the window and then tell them you've closed early and to call customer service for a refund. I hadn't been able to eat anything all day and was finally able to get out and try to pick up some food at what I figured was the only place in town still open, and that's what I get instead? Not even an offer of a voucher or anything in compensation. Staff really needs a stern lesson in customer service themselves.

I couldn't order just a grilled chicken wrap from the kiosk,only in a bundle, so I ordered the classic chicken. 1/2 piece of lettuce and a end of a tomato. $6.59. Nothing classic about it.Also I am not sure why they need to be pressure washing the patio are during a lunch time. Not surprised no one was sitting out there on a beautiful day.

Went in to get one thing. The new cinnamon bun. They didnt have the icing and instead of offering me a refund or alternative they kept walking past and ignoring me even when i asked for the manager several times. Spent 15 minutes waiting for them to give me a refund. I was the only one inside the store and they all looked lost like they had no idea what to do. No social skills whatsoever. Multiple employees looked at me and just turned around.

White Manager with tattoos and no teeth got my order wrong 4 times. His employees look disorganized and he smells like weed and seems high all the time. Will be contacting corporate about this and will not be revisiting till this manager is gone.

Went to order, and there was an employee standing on the food service counter with some very gross shoes on next to the fry loading area where to go orders were being packaged. I questioned the manager, and she said computers were down and he had to be on the counter. I looked at the scenario and decided my family and I wouldn't be eating there and left.
