Awful. Awful. Awful. Avoid. Waited an hour in the drivethrough and the line moved two cars. They are the worst Wendy's in America.

Staff comes off as miserable. Very unpleasant atmosphere. Food is not constantly fresh. For a new Wendy location, this is disappointing.

Way over priced! We were charged $10.79 plus.50 cents each for a "crabby patties" meal! Basically a cheeseburger and fries. Unbelievable! It was okay for a burger but don't waste your money! You can go into a sit down restaurant and get much more for your money. And their air wasn't even on. Granted we just had a hurricane hit, but if they are going to have the dining room open it should have air on.

The food is fast, the staff are courteous, the icees are amazing. The only let down was the food itself. The patty just felt a touch flavorless, the lettuce a bit limp, the bun was slightly soggy and the fries were like damp twigs. Now, we have just been through a dock strike, so it's possibly a bad timing thing caused by delayed deliveries, so I will go back and check again, and it's still way ahead of McDonalds.

I'm not sure why this Wendys has such bad reviews. I've been here a decent number of times and each time the food is made really well. There used to be a long wait time, but that was because they had just opened at this location. The salads specifically are fantastic! Never had a bad salad here.

I had the coolest conversation with one of the employees about local foods. I’m always looking for a cool place to grab a bit and this Wendy’s employee was for friendly, and helpful all while I waited the 10 mins to get my Wendy’s order. Really kind guy.

Literally worst Wendy’s in all of Florida constantly bad food constantly forgetting food through the drive-through. They’re pop machine taste like poison For some reason just shut down do us all a favor and just close.

Went to the drive thru and the person taking my order forgot a burger and I couldn't get a receipt because the paper ran out. I now had to go inside and explain how I was missing a burger and no receipt. The manager made it all ok.

Worst Wendy's Ive ever been to, I was standing at the register for about 15 minutes they saw me and nobody said anything until they screamed at me from the fries section that I needed to used the kiosk, I told them that I didn’t know how to use it and didn’t have my glasses with me, they still didn’t care and refused to take my order trying to force me to use the kiosk, I got the hell out of there and never will go back.

The staff is the rudest and unprofessional people Ive encountered in a fast food restaurant.

Food is not cook properly and bad tasting.

I would steer away from this place there are better options in the area.

I went to this Wendy's at 3:00pm and the employees locked the lobby. I have no idea why, no sign or anything. So, I had to order in the drive though. I ordered a kid's meal and they didn't give me the fries or drink. They charged me separately for the 4 piece nuggets and drink... I don't think they know what they are doing here at all. They charged me over 7 dollars for my food when it should have only been around 5.

Food was delicious as always.
The only problem that I had was the manager. She was what you describe as a "KAREN".
That morning, Wendy's was shorthanded on personnel. Because of this, the dining room was closed. Because I had a tractor trailer, I could not go through the drive-thru. So I ordered my breakfast through the app. I walked up to the drive-thru window to get my food.
She opened up the drive-thru window in a very bad mood and raised her voice at me and told me that I could not walk up to the drive-thru window.
I explained to her that I could not go in the dining room because the door was locked and I had to walk up to the drive-thru window because I was driving a tractor-trailer that would not fit at the drive-thru.
After she gave me my food in a very grumpily way, I asked her if this is the way how she treats all customers?
She looked at me like she was really mad and she slammed the drive-thru window in my face. I tried to get her attention for her to explain why she was being a menace to me but she totally ignored me.
I very much like Wendy's and I go there frequently because there's many Wendy's at truck stops. But her attitude and demeanor towards me was unacceptable Behavior.
I will continue to go to Wendy's because I very much enjoyed the food but I hope I never see her again unless I get some type of apology from her. It is just totally unacceptable for a manager to treat a customer in the way that she treated me! Unacceptable!
