Idk why I went back to this place. Worst food quality of a Wendy’s I have ever been to. I just doordashed the new Wednesday meal and they didn’t even give me my nuggets or sauces. Not to mention the junior bacon cheeseburger I ordered looks like it’s been sitting all night. Horrible service.

Burgers were so bad thedog wouldn't even eat it. The fries were cold and wimpy Thefrosty was more like chocolate milk, not frozen. Never again! I'll stick with Burger King

I rarely leave bad reviews, but my experience at this Wendy’s in Northport was truly disappointing and needs to be addressed. After waiting over five minutes for my order, I received my food cold and missing the sauce I specifically requested when placing my order. When I politely asked for the sauce at the window, the employee(a dark skin male) was extremely rude and slammed the sliding service window shut in my face without saying a word.
This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. If you’re working in a customer-facing role, the bare minimum should be common courtesy and respect. Being short-staffed or having a rough day doesn’t give anyone the right to treat customers poorly.
To make matters worse, the cold food shows a clear lack of care or attention to quality along with getting my burger with onions and pickles after I specifically said no onions or pickles. If I were the owner or manager, I’d be seriously concerned about who is representing my business. This kind of behavior not only pushes loyal customers away—it damages the brand as a whole.
I hope management sees this and makes the necessary changes so future customers don’t have to go through a similar experience

6:38 pm on may 29th 2025, I encounter once again rude service, the moment the guy went on the speaker he was rude and you could tell he was not having a good day and seemed like he hated his life. Then getting to the window we went to hand him cash and he goes “ I told you card only on the speaker” and in fact he did not and he still continues to be rude. Sad that I’m pretty sure that was the general Maniger wearing the blue shirt, and that’s sad you thinks it’s okay to act like that towards people.
Awful. Awful. Awful. Avoid. Waited an hour in the drivethrough and the line moved two cars. They are the worst Wendy's in America.

Way over priced! We were charged $10.79 plus.50 cents each for a "crabby patties" meal! Basically a cheeseburger and fries. Unbelievable! It was okay for a burger but don't waste your money! You can go into a sit down restaurant and get much more for your money. And their air wasn't even on. Granted we just had a hurricane hit, but if they are going to have the dining room open it should have air on.
The food is fast, the staff are courteous, the icees are amazing. The only let down was the food itself. The patty just felt a touch flavorless, the lettuce a bit limp, the bun was slightly soggy and the fries were like damp twigs. Now, we have just been through a dock strike, so it's possibly a bad timing thing caused by delayed deliveries, so I will go back and check again, and it's still way ahead of McDonalds.
