I used to like North Port Pizza Hut, but they've messed up my last 5 orders. One order, they actually sold to someone else!!I always order the white garlic Parmesan sauce, and on two of my orders, they gave red sauce. I'm allergic to tomatoes, so that was a complete waste. I asked for it to be replaced, and it was, but the dough wasn't cooked all the way. Can't honestly say that I recommend them.

After waiting for two hours for my pizza I was charged $5.00 more than the price quoted on the phone. Pizza was mediocre at best and cold to boot. After calling to see about my delivery after one hour Justin clearly stated it was his fault that he had marked it for pick up. No discount offered and he remade the pizza, which took ANOTHER hour and was delivered by Door Dash. I'll find another pizza delivery close to me from now on.

Ordered a pizza, boneless wings, pasta, cheese sticks. Biggest complaint is that the pizza tasted as if it has been sitting in the box for a few too many hours. Couldn't taste cheese or sauce. Needless to say we could not force ourselves to eat the pizza. First and last time ordering for here.

Service was terrible, staff wasn’t wearing gloves to cash people out and then get food.staff has hard down while making food. Burnt cheese bread not edible, old nasty breadsticks hard as a rock, the wings were decent but not enough sauce. They did try to remake cheese sticks but I kept asking them to take out abs not burn. She was texting and they burnt again. Cheese paid for extra cheese on pizza and asked she said ticket didn’t say extra cheese. But I double checked order it did and they charge $1.50. It no wonder they are going out of business all around town. They need business etiquette.

My wife saw the big box meal on tv and had to have it. I downloaded the app and ordered it and picked it up at their drive through window. Never in my 54 years have I had Pizza Hut through a drive through window! That was brilliant! Didn't even have to get out of the car! Lots of delicious food for a great value. Everyone was full and happy.

I occasionally order from our local Hut.We used to love to order dinner at least once a week but our local store has left us hanging for too long for a delivery so no more delivery for us. Because we no longer order PH diner delivery I still crave the pizza and order through the app for lunch. It seems like every time I order and get a notification it's rarely ready for pick up. This last visit I was told my order was given to someone else and that they would make a fresh pie. I was at the drive thru and was not informed of how long it would take before the window closed and there I sat for 12 minutes or so. Not what I wanted that day. I really expected some sort of copon or something for a free pizza for my inconvenience but when I asked I was given a newspaper coupon for a discount. NO THANKS, I"M DONE WITH PH. PLUS NO MASK, NO GLOVES. BYE

Sad. Ordered the special and used my points for free bread-sticks and 18 bone out wings and big dipper pizza thing. Order was delivered with 10 wings called store Jordan said they don't even have special for 18 wings even though it shows on my digital order. Jordan basically told me to get bent as his receipt shows 8 wings even though my digital emailed copy shows 18. He talked with manager Mitchell and again said to Fork off as I must be wrong. Sounds like a bait and switch to me. Stay away from Pizza hut all they care about is the bottom line even though they are killing it in these times of lock-down.

We got 2 pizzas for lunch, hot and freshly made, no wait, just as you would expect from Pizza hut! Take out only, but just what we wanted for quick easy lunch!
ordered over $30 dollars worth of food. cheese stix being one of them. there was hardly ANY cheese on them. this pizza hut is slowing going down hill. so disappointed!!!!

I ordered the dinner box. Easy right? Well I guess it was just too much for these employees. The pizza was cold and soggy as all get out; the “breadsticks†were an old messed up order of cheesesticks that YOU TRIED to sell as regular breadsticks and my cinnamon sticks were black on the bottom. Thanks for nothing. Step it up. $20 down the drain. Frozen pizza tastes better. And this isn't the first time. Hopefully this time the manager isn't a complete butthole when I call and explain the situation. Sucks when you can't even get what you paid for.

I’ve always enjoyed pizza but but this time was just sucky. I got off work late and not much was open so I decided on Pizza Hut. Bad choice. I ordered the dinner box which included a cheese pizza, bread sticks and cinnamon sticks. I got a terribly made pizza that was cold, cheese sticks reconstructed into the regular breadsticks that wanted and burnt cinnamon sticks. My pizza was cold, soggy and mostly crust. I am usually all for Pizza Hut but I was very disappointed tonight.

This Pizza Hut is super good. They accidentally had some of our cheese come off of our pizza so they gave us ANOTHER brand new one. The staff were super nice and patient with me. Will be my new go to Pizza Hut location.
