Zio’s Twelve 21 Pizzeria & Restaurant

We’ve been very loyal customers of Zio’s Twelve 21 Pizzeria & Restaurant for years — ordering almost every Friday night because their food is fantastic and the staff is wonderful. But today, I’m extremely frustrated — not with Zio’s, but with Slice.com, the delivery platform they use.
Slice just raised their delivery fee from $3.00 to $5.00, on top of already charging restaurants a percentage of their order volume. That means customers are getting squeezed from both sides.
A pizza that costs $15–$17 — already on the pricey side — now ends up costing around $25 once you add the delivery fee and a well-deserved tip for the hardworking driver. That’s simply ridiculous.
This isn’t Zio’s fault; they’re an excellent local restaurant and we’ll still support them by picking up our orders. But Slice should be ashamed for inflating delivery costs and hurting both loyal customers and small businesses.
I refuse to use Slice again.

Dirt chicken wings are the best in Northport... I might be wrong but so far fantastic and of course their Pizza is fantastic.... I don't know why they're getting bad reviews their food is really good...

Stopped for lunch, 2 slices a coke $10 with a tip, it was excellent and I'll definitely be back again and again. I read many negative reviews complaining about wait times on pizza delivery. When the pizza is as excellent as this, they will get busy....quit crying.

Pretty interior, kind people, and great food, and kept a promise for a month! Just for me, Katelyn absolutely is awesome and the kitchen team kind and welcoming!

gross - they seem to think it's normal to handle a cooked slice of pizza without washing their hands or wearing gloves

after I mentioned this the guy behind the counter replaced the slice for me, but then proceeded to put the mishandled slice back in rotation

I won't be eating here again

Went there tonight for there hamburger specials. So good! hamburgers were thick, juicy and tasty. we seen the wings while there. We will definitely be back to try the wings. We had there pizza before really good. ty for great food.

Pizza and cheesesteak are delicious! Customer service is fantastic.

We ordered pizza and some other stuff last night for pick up… on top of taking 20 minutes longer than the time we were given for pick up. I reheated left overs to eat… ate what I thought was a calamari only to find out it was a huge piece of plastic. Horrible! Could’ve been my one of my littles and choked 😒

The food was great! Had the hot Italian sub and fried ravioli, yum! The storm oh and calzones were simply the best we’ve had.
