The people at this location have horrible attitudes with their customers and I was there today and one of the workers was really rude to me and my friends and the service wasn't as well as expected I am sorry for people who have to experience this every day..

Total bad attitude and disrespect from both the little rude boy and nasty Manager. They both acted like they did not want to be there. They talked down to us and were very condescending. I frequent this place 4 days a week and I will not return until they both are gone. Terrible experience.

This location is right where Im staying for the week. Have been in multiple times now, the coffee and lattes have been hot and made properly. The few staff members that I've seen have been quick and helpful. The donuts and ice cream have been delicious. Definitely will continue to return while im here.

I’m extremely disappointed with the experience we had at this Dunkin’ Donuts. The customer service was awful from the moment we pulled into the drive thru. The staff showed clear bad attitude and even talked over us while we were simply trying to place an order. It felt unwelcoming and unprofessional.
What made the situation even worse was the manager’s response.she said we all have our days and Instead of helping resolve the issue, the manager escalated the problem and made the entire interaction even more unpleasant. It’s shocking to see leadership behave this way, and it reflects poorly on the entire location.
We left frustrated, upset, and certain we won’t be returning. This store seriously needs to retrain its staff—starting with management—on how to treat customers with basic respect.

People and the food were great not the best location thou. The gas station next door is closed so it was kind of a mess outside but one of the Duncan employees was cleaning the gas station parking lot. So you could tell they really cared about the area.

Came here everyday on vacation for coffee, breakfast. Everything was always good and everyone was always polite!
I love dunkin but at this location the service was bad ,girl stood in the corner for several minutes while I waited by the counter for her to take my order ,once she finally came over I had to repeat my order multiple times for her to understand ,just got basic coffee order and 6 donuts all the sane.

This Dunkin’ was super clean, and the donuts were as fresh and delicious as expected! The service was friendly and efficient, making for a great stop.
I was a little bummed they were out of vanilla ice cream, but the shaken brown sugar espresso iced coffee made up for it—absolutely tasty!
Overall, a great Dunkin’ location with a welcoming atmosphere and solid treats. Will definitely be back!

I tried 3 times. This place is trash and the people here are very rude. The first time I went in I asked for a scoop of ice cream. She said we don’t have any. There was a cart sitting there with like 8 containers of ice cream. I said what about those. She screamed at me: “WE DONT HAVE ICE CREAM” second time the lady told me if I bought something she would let me change 3 dollars for quarters. After I bought something the manager told her she couldn’t do it. 3rd time the guy used a dirty blender to make my blended coffee. I thought maybe he just used it. It was spoiled something. It was absolutely disgusting. I threw it away. Do not go to this one. There is a Starbucks up the road.
