We had an outstanding breakfast served by Carol. She was great. Kudos to her for making our first time visit perfect in every way. The spinach, tomato and cheese omelet was delicious. Wow what a fantastic surprise to find this very inviting restaurant today. Me and my daughter's doctor today and had a new quarterly fantastic lunch we both had the seafood combo everything was cooked to perfection the homemade Grecian bread and the vegetable soup was the beginning of a fantastic meal everything was very clean and very warm and inviting correction was very clean and the the servers are very friendly I had an exceptionally on point server her name is Carol h I was amazed at how clean the bathrooms were from the floors always reaching in the back of the brush on me as I got up to work around you he knows me and we definitely be back as a repeat customer definitely a diamond in the rough keep the shine on that restaurant

Went there this morning with 3 guests.There were 10 open tables. Large group on a 4 or 5 top took up the kitchen. We waited 35 minutes and were told the large table had the kitchen backed up and they were not allowed to seat anyone. We were then told it would be another 30 minutes before we would be seated and we were at the front of the list to be seated.The food quality will not justify the wait nor the incompetence. Waitstaff is great, but management decision to not seat open tables in favor of making people stand in the middle of the restaurant is poor and not acceptable. They could have at least served coffee or drinks to those seated as they waited.

Walked in the door and looked fine to me and there was specials on the board with no price (Breakfast) this should have been first warning. 2 eggs hash browns and a piece of kielbasa Sausage and two pieces of toast 11.00 sweet tea 3.25 did not come back for refills with my wife’s order it was 31.00 for breakfast ! Then a 7.00 tip was 38.00 for a simple breakfast . Had no taste at all. How much do you need to make on breakfast? Obviously a killing. I know food prices are up but come on. This was clearly a 18.00 breakfast. Cracker Barrel is prob 12 bucks less. . Enough of the complaining just won’t go back.

We stopped here after a kayaking morning at the oak hill location. Carol lyn was a great server. The food was amazing! Carol gave us some great options to choose from since the menu is huge and offers breakfast lunch and dinner. I got the tuna melt. The tuna was fresh and the cheese was amazing! They also give you complimentary bread that's straight from oven. Lunch dishes come with fries and a soup. The soup was a split pea soup and was delicious. We also ordered biscuits and gravy. THEY WERE AMAZING. Over all the location is great, the food was delicious, and our server was absolutely the best part of our day!!

I come here for breakfast just about every morning, I’ve never got a bad plate and I love the atmosphere here. Larissa has built this place for the ground up, she is passionate about what she does for the community and extremely hard working. When I come in she always says hello to me and makes sure food is served in at in an appropriate time while tasting and looking delicious. I will always return to see her and her great team. Love Steve's Diner! If you are looking for fast & friendly service and delicious food this place is what you are looking for. Our go to local spot for breakfast or a burger. As a bonus their lunch/dinner meals come with a cup of homemade soup-which is always yummy!

The Steve's in Oak Hill is very close to our home in Light House Cove. We ate there a number of times over the last three years, liked it but preferred their restaurant up on Nova and Beville better. However, this year the one in Oak Hill has become our favorite of all the breakfast diners in the Edgewater and New Smyrna Beach area. They make an American Breakfast just the way I like it. Another thing we like about the layout is that the floor size gives everybody a lot of room, particularly important in this Covid 19 era. The wait staff is excellent and always very friendly. The place is very clean and the large parking area gives plenty of room so one doesn't have to worry so much about parking lot rash. Hope they keep up the good work, and continue to do their bacon crisp and crunchy, not juicy and dripping with fat like so many establishments do.

I was there 2 days ago for lunch. Place was clean and waitress was friendly and helpful. The sandwich’s the 2 people with me were said to be good. My lunch wasn’t. I ordered the meatloaf. It was so bad, I left it on my plate. No recipe to it. All it seemed to be was ground meat packed hard to together! I’m not planning a return.

We stopped for an amazing breakfast. Was like home cooking without all the work!! So hungrforgot to take pics! Biscuits n gravy were amazing!! Corndbeef hash was very good. The chicken fried steak was a great portion size and perfectly fried!! A definite must for excellent food, service and reasonably priced. Great value!
