A cool little coffee shop and if you need flowers it's available
2 stars only because the brownie was delicious. I saw this place on social media and since I love cute coffee shops and supporting small, local businesses, we decided to check it out. We got here and there was 1 person waiting for her order, took like 10 minutes before we could order. I finally order and go to use the restroom. My husband goes and sits down in the very open, very much not blocked off, seating area. Mind you they close at 7 pm and it’s 4:08 as I’m typing this. The employee goes over to tell him the seating area is “kind of closed.” What does “kind of closed” mean? So customers can’t sit in your coffee shop and enjoy their drinks with 3 hours left of opening hours? So we had to stand there and wait the ~10 more minutes for our drinks, instead of being able to sit. The coffees aren’t even very good, and especially not good enough to be made to feel unwelcome. Super disappointed and definitely won’t be back.
Haven’t even had my drink yet and can already confirm I won’t be back. Took 10-15 minutes to take our order. I went and sat in the nice little seating area they have off to the side. My wife finally gives the order then the barista comes and tells me the seating area, “is kind of closed. No signs, no ropes indicating not to sit there. I’ve have the coffee while typing this. Stinks. Don’t bother. Something is off with this place. Also it was $25 for 2 coffees and 2 brownies.
SUPER CUTE PLACE!!! Pretty pricey, they only have one size for most of their drinks but they are SOOOOO tasty. Their espresso is delicious, and so are their house made sodas. All my friends love the cold brew and the matcha is the perfect green color!! 10/10!!
Very good matcha and quick service!
Love this quiet, rustic little coffee shop. Absolutely love the organic and local farm to table ingredients. I’ve tried a latte, an adrenal cocktail, the gluten free brownie and chocolate chip cookie. All have been amazing. Will definitely continue to go for the quality ingredients and service. Thank you!
Was a lovely quaint working spot.
Super cute place, staff were very friendly, drinks were tasty.
There is limited indoor seating, but additional outdoor seating.

Pulled up and we parked on the grass across the street, there were about 10+ spots in the parking lot but they were full.
This is a cozy coffee shop with warm, wooden (some plastic that look wooden but still cute) accents, the inviting aroma of freshly roasted beans + spices filling the air, comfortable tables tucked into quiet corners, and a low hum of conversation, providing the perfect spot to curl up with a good book (they have a small library) and a steaming cup of you coffee/tea! What a wonderful way to start the new year.
The prices are not outrageous, my “Taste of Autumn -
A classic fan favourite at Prairie House! We brought it in for fall and never took it off was $6.10” and my husband’s “Healer - their own turmeric latte with organic spices, organic black pepper (for better health)” $5.63. Both tasty but a bit on the sweet side, if you don’t like it sweet, ask for less ;)
A shop is connected to the coffee shop selling, handmade hats + scarves, plus Christmas ornaments, garden accessories, flower arrangements and more.
We will try one of the treats or food items as they looked fresh and smelled wonderful (gluten free avocado sandwiches, cookies, etc, see photos).
Go, enjoy and leave relaxed!

I love to visit little coffee shops around the Greater Orlando area and it was a true pleasure to visit Prairie House today! Seeing the Glorified Grilled Cheese Sandwich on their menu online + a lovely playground for my kids being <1 mile away pretty much made my choice for me of where to go for this weekend’s little treat.
The building it’s in is SUPER cute both on the outside and on the inside. The decor sets a really nice atmosphere. I liked that there were other little business in the same building and that a separate entrance wasn’t needed because I got to browse while my order was made. There was plenty of indoor and outdoor seating and everything was clean and well-kept. There was also a nice touch of a little cabinet with some kids’ toys.
I’d been slightly hesitant upon seeing that the grilled cheese was made with gluten-free bread — there is a plethora of GF options here! — and was afraid it’d be dry, but let me tell you that the texture was EXCELLENT and not dry at all. I enjoyed every bite of that sandwich, as well as an iced Cindy Lou Who coffee that was delicious. My kids chose brownies from the baked goods options and declared them to be very yummy. We will definitely be returning here!!

Consistently inconsistent. This is the third time I've waited 20+ minutes for a coffee and they've forgotten other parts of my very simple order.

Outstanding coffee shop and bakery, especially for those with celiac or food allergies. Wonderful organic coffee. The sandwich and baked goods we got were amazing. Let's start with the Glorified Grilled cheese. Light and fluffy gluten-free bread discs stuffed with four kinds of cheese. A delight in every bite. The Hello Dolly and brownie baked items were superb. I've never had a gluten free brownie so decadent. Moist and fudgy! Every bite just melted in my mouth. Cozy, homey living room type area to enjoy your treats and coffee. Stop by to be blown away by their offerings.

This was the cutest place, and the latte has real sugar in it not syrup. Try the World's Geatest cup of coffee latte. You won't be sorry. They make all their baked goods with organic ingredients and gluten-free. They also sell fresh eggs and cute coffee house stuff.
