We had the worst experience at the Odessa, Florida location with “team manager” Julianna. We ordered 7 ice creams and when we were handed the brownie sundae that my husband ordered extra hot it wasn’t even heated. He said “did you guys forget to heat the brownies” and the girl proceeded to get an attitude and said it’s hot. He said here feel it it’s cold and went to hand it to her in the window and she said “we don’t take things in the window”. He said well then just make me another one that’s hot and she told us no we could leave. I had to get out of the car and go to the window to get a refund on the sundae because since they wouldn’t remake it my husband didn’t want his $11 sundae. She told me she couldn’t refund me cash that I paid it would have to be a card which I didn’t use. After waiting for 10 minutes and her calling the actual manager I finally got my money back. When I asked her for the name of the actual manager the girl told me she would have me trespassed and was going to call the cops. I recorded the entire incident because it was definitely unprofessional. I have never been told I would be trespassed from somewhere for asking for a refund on a messed up order (which we really just wanted remade originally). As many times as I have eaten at Andy’s (mainly the one in Sanford) I have never had such an experience or been treated so rudely by a young kid with an attitude. The other girls working were more than polite and helpful but this girl Julianna who declares she is the only one in charge of this location was extremely unprofessional.

We got the Turtle Sundae, regular size and it was huge, big enough to share! Lots of pecans, fudge and caramel. We were in town visiting for 10 days and went here twice. We’ll definitely come back again!

Everything in the menu is amazing. They are super consistent every time we go, if you have a favorite and it order it every time, it’s always perfect. The staff is super friendly, service is always fast, and it has to be one of my favorite places to go. FYI the “Texas 2-step” is to die for.
Kid-friendliness: Kid servings are generous but not ridiculous like some places. They are always good about giving you the “next size up” dish to contain the mess if you order extra toppings.

Super quick and friendly service! Brought the dog so we could sit outside and they offered her a free pup cup! The custard is delicious (thought it could have been a touch colder since it's Florida but did not distract from flavor). Got the nutty waffle crunch and all I can say is the portions are huge and I thought I would never come near to finishing a small, but when I realized all the chocolately crunch was at the bottom it was not hard to get there. You could easily split a medium or large if you are so inclined for about 8- 9 bucks. Clean outside bench area with music to drown out the 54 traffic. We will be back!!

It was amazing. I didn’t even take time to take a picture or anything, but I do highly recommend that it was delicious

The key lime pie quart is the way to go!! The price just makes sense. For $10 you get at least 4 servings vs paying $6-$7 per person for a concrete. Would've given 5 stars but the manager told the worker that I couldn't have a sample after I was told that I could! Lol other than that I really like this place!
