Very impressed with the team at this location the young lady who took my order was very nice and very professional. They made my food so fresh. It was Wonderfully hot. And they even accommodated me asking for my impossible whopper to be cut in half. Wonderful experience!!

They literally had three people and we waited forever, they weren’t serving anybody even at drive through and it wasn’t like they had a crazy line, no, there was nobody inside and they would not help at drive through. the guy that was standing at registers inside he was just looking at receipts and not helping anyone, this other young guy had to run back from the window to registers back to the kitchen. Ridiculous. Burger King do better with your scheduling and staff

All flavors of milkshakes were sold out. Soda was flat. The order process was a disaster. The order taking was curt and annoyed when asked questions. The big fish sandwich and Whopper JR were served cool after we had to wait in a parking space for the items to be delivered to my car in excess of 8 minutes. An 8 minutes wait and the food is cold!! No napkins in the bag. When asked for napkins the server was very annoyed at the request. A good fast food restaurant would realize that people might wan to use a napkin. Not worth stopping at this location under any circumstances.

Ordered 2 Double Cheeseburgers at the drive thru tonight.
In each of the burgers was one charred burger patty. Straight up burnt. And another burger patty which was cooked correctly. Ever bite into a piece of charred meat.
Went in with my order ticket and the 2 charred patties and asked to speak to a manager. Showed her what I was served and she just blankly stared at me like a deer in headlights and mumbled, I'm sorry. After 2 more I'm sorry's from her I just stated it was the most disgusting thing I've ever bitten into and I wouldn't be eating here again.
Whoever put these burgers together should never be allowed to touch another persons food ever again.

I’ve been coming here for a little over a month now and every wednesday when I come through for my 2 Double Cheeseburgers they always serve it fresh and with little to no wait at all!! Can’t wait to come back!!
Second time here this week and they constantly mess up my order highly disappointed especially when the receipt says no onions or lettuce they cant folly simple directions something needs to change asap
