This New Chick-Fil-A location is so amazing. It has christmas themed decorations on the windows, excellent service, and they even have board games while you wait for your food. For those who are curious, they have games like uno, Jenna, trouble, and so on

The food wasnt really the problem, but communication. I ordered 8 yeast rolls and got 8 boxes of 4. It was a misunderstanding but a costly one that could have been clarified. I also ordered a yogurt parfait. It had 4 strawberry PIECES and 5 blueberries. No granola (even though I was asked at the window and said yes), and no spoon. Also no napkins. It was an expensive disappointing experience. Lesson learned clarify and check before we pull away. Not use to having to do that at our normal chick fil a.

Love this location! I work next door and come here more than I’d like to admit. The owner is so nice and gives a lot to the community. Everyone that works there is nice as well. Every order is always right. I love that there’s a play area for kids, I haven’t seen one at a chick fil a before! All the Christmas decorations are so cute and fun also. Odessa is lucky to have them!

Drive through completely empty two girls just standing around and want to give me a hard time because I wasn’t in the online order pick up lane? Really? Guess wha? Because of that,I’m never going in the Mobile pick up lane now😉
This is the best Chick fil A I have ever been to. The staff is great, the food has been perfect every time, and the inside is such a great vibe. I have seen the operator, Josh, every single time I have been in there. He clearly takes pride in his restaurant. The one time I had a mix up with my food, they fixed it immediately, apologized profusely, and then Josh checked on me and made sure that everything was fixed and also apologized. Seriously love this location. They will swap my son’s toy out for ice cream as well. I think this is a normal thing, but in all my years of eating at Chick fil A, I didn’t know this was a thing until this location opened. He’s specifically wanted me to say thank you for putting chocolate syrup on his ice cream :) They always have someone running around the lobby cleaning up and making sure everyone is taken care of. It’s conveniently (not for my checkbook) right across the street from my house too!! Thank you for an incredible location. We will definitely be continuing our regular visits.

Thank you to the entire staff — this is hands down the best Chick-fil-A location around. I come a few times a week on my lunch break for grilled chicken, and the mobile drive-thru is always quick and super convenient. The staff is consistently friendly and welcoming every single time.
Big shoutout to the operator, Josh, for always looking out and dropping rewards into my app! You all make every visit a great experience. 🙌
