Idk what the person in charge of this location is waiting for to hire more staff. As a long time Chipotle lover who’s lived in different states and cities, I can confidently say that this is the worst location I’ve ever been to. I moved to the area 3 years ago and this store has been declining by the day.
It’s sad seeing one person taking care of serving the food while running to the back to get more of whatever is missing, to then come back frustrated and with an attitude as if whatever mess they have going on is my fault.

and if you think that chipolane ordering is going to make things easy, it won’t!!! I’m writing this after waiting 15 min in line for them to to tell me it was going to be another 10 min and that I needed to go around to join the line of like 6 cars again or to go inside. And God forbid if you ask for a side of sour cream or a vinaigrette (that you can’t order on the app/website)!!!! They’ll act like it’s the biggest inconvenience and if it’s coming out of their pay check.

Terribly slow with to go orders. As a dasher time is very important to get orders to paying customers on time. The past 4 times I have been there to pick up it’s been over 30 min wait to get one burrito bowl.

Worst chiptole I’ve ever been to, I hardly will ever leave a review but this is how bad this chipotle is: I placed a takeout order and got there at my time which was 3:40, I did not receive my food until 415 so I waited at the restaurant for 35 extra minutes, the place wasn’t even that busy at all, the staff was rude didn’t even acknowledge and forgot my drink as well and argued with me until I showed her the receipt on my phone even after waiting all that time, this place is horrendous if you do order from here make sure you are prepared to wait an extra 30 minutes because this is the 2nd time that has happened to me!! I will never go back to this chipotle

I came in today 12/30/25 and they had 1 guy on the line, and taking payments. I felt bad for him until he started to catch an attitude with the customers and then he had on gloves and proceeded to scratch in his ear and his nose and continued making food with the same gloves!! I was grateful another employee came to do my bowl because i was about to say something loudly for people to hear. By the time i got to the register he took his gloves off which made me a little bit more comfortable but if he was doing that WITH gloves i can only imagine how he is without it. He was wearing a septum earring and had a pony tail…only because im in the area i came here but never again

This is third time we visited this location. We prefer other location near Walmart. Everytime we come something is wrong. Today they run out of chicken at 7pm. Once, they said adult quesadillas is online only😣.

I’ve only used the Chipotlane, but am surprised to say the orders are always accurate. Customer service is mid, and the if you paid for larger portions, it will vary on who’s working that day. Otherwise always reliable.

I am a regular at this chipotle and it’s safe to say that this is the best chipotle in the world. They give me the biggest bowl overflowing every time I come . I’ve been to plenty of other chipotle locations and nothing beats this one. Other than the horrible internet everything is amazing.

Lane with the corporate catering was absolutely wonderful on the phone - he was able to answer all of my questions and helped with making suggestions. A+ customer service!!!!

Just left 4pm Saturday and felt terrible for the kid making our bowls. No chicken, no beans, no cheese, etc... He constantly had to keep going to the back to grab stuff with a full line while 2 cashiers are standing around holding bags waiting for our bowls to ring up. The counter by the bag person was absolutely filthy and he's just standing around breathing air watching 1 person work. When I come in I don't want food that's scrapped to get the last bit Because there's nothing left and cold. There was no team work and no management going on here and it showed today. I made a comment to the guy playing with the bags how filthy the counters were hoping that would trigger something, nothing.
Didn't get the guys name today making our bowls, but super nice kid...worked super hard.

My family got takeout from this chipotle today, the staff was nice, the restaurant looked clean and they were pretty quick at moving people down the line which is something not every chipotle has mastered. There was a small issue with our order, when I brought this to the restaurant’s attention, they took care of it right away and were very kind about it. I’m giving five stars because customer service is important, everyone makes mistakes from time to time, but this mistake was made right without any issues or pushback. I’m not sure who the manager of the store is, but you should be proud of your employees.

I was hesitant to go at first because of the older Google ratings, but it seems like there is a completely new team now. The portions were extremely generous and the food tasted fresh. Had a great experience overall.
