Chipotle Mexican Grill

Chipotle keeps getting worse. Ordered a quesadilla and it had a sprinkling of cheese. Ordered double meat and it was barely enough to be considered a regular serving. Are they trying to balance their books by skimping on serving amount?

Be aware this Chipolte is dangerous to consumers with food allergies! My wife is allergic to avocado and her food was handled by an employee with avocado all over his gloves. She pointed this out to the staff and they lied to her face while she was pointing at the avocado on the employees hands!

food was okay, was a bit cold but heat it up at home and you’ll be fine. wasn’t until i checked out and this spanish boy with short black hair and about 5’8 and a bit chubby was disrespectful. i asked politely for chips and completely ignored me and until i asked again he gave it to me with an attitude. he better have good customer service or there’ll be problems ns

Ordered through the app to pickup in the chipotlane. First of all, the woman giving me my food didn’t say hello or you’re welcome, not one word, just looked at me with a dirty face and handed me my food. I open my bowl…did someone eat some of it? I know I only get three things but every other location makes sure i get even portions. So disappointed.

The rice was undercooked. This is the second time I got undercooked rice. Seems like they mixed cooked rice with raw rice. I could literally see the thin uncooked rice all over the bowl. Won't be taking another chance at this chipotle location again. Not worth the money or time.

A good place to pick up good food.
This is one of the over 3750 restaurants in the chain that is headquartered in Newport Beach, Ca. I have been to many of their locations in many different states. This one is located off the north side of US 54 just west of the Suncoast Parkway. There is not a lof of parking in front of the location. This was our first visit to this location but it is very similar in style, quality, and service to their other restaurants in that you order at one side of a line and follow your meal through the line to completion adding items that you want as you move down the line. They serve bowls and burritos with beans, rice, and meats. Their ingredients are fresh and I have always gotten a good meal. Normally I order and eat there but not this time. This time we actually ordered a large (5 boxes) of food for a party. The price was reasonable and it was prepared fresh. The staff was very friendly, the restaurant was clean and paying and picking up was very easy. The staff actually helped carry and put the food into the car. The food was very good and still hot and cold when we got it to our destination. The only downside was that this seems a popular hangout for teenagers when I visited for the pickup and they were not a quiet group. I would recommend this location to my fellow travelers looking for a good meal in the area.

Management is terrible, have heard countless amounts of time from friends that have worked there that they have some of the most unprofessional incommunicative managers possible. Alejandra in specific, employees are typically friendly. But management is really the only problem with this location. Not run well at all.

I have to say that this is by far the most nastiest chipotle I’ve been to
This was my first time here and I normally go the one near the outlets but went here because I was in the area my first impression was FILTHY FILTHY FILTHY I couldn’t believe how nasty and messy it was inside. The food looked old they give you such little portions the food area was disgustingly messy, the employees look like they had all nighters and didn’t want to be at work
I’ll never visit here again YUCK!!!!!🤮

Store is disgusting. No customer service. The food looks like it’s from yesterday and cold to the touch. The restaurant, employees and attitudes are all horrible. I’m blown away right now after just leaving with a to go order placed on their app. Again, blown away. Corporate should know about this because it’s they’re going to get someone sick or worse. Over $40 for food I will not allow my family to eat. Complete ripoff. I wished I could’ve reported this in their app but no luck because there’s no option. I’m done with Chipotle. Ugh, disgusting…and it takes quite a bit for me to post a review like this. I should’ve taken photos of all the food and garbage and receipts and dirt on the floors and tables. Again, just blown away at how bad this place is.

I order double chicken and it was barely any chicken. When I pick the bowl up before even opening it it felt very lite. Very little sour cream and we all know u get charge for the guacamole. With the amount of guacamole I got they should have paid me. Also it look as if someone already ate from the bowl.😡😡
