Very slow and disorganized. Plenty of staff, not friendly. On line orders are not made until you arrive. You have to stop an employee and ask for the order, then it seem to be their first day at work.

I ordered through the drive through and they told me to wait in the parking lot to get to the next person in line. Would’ve been fine but they got my order wrong. After asking me twice to confirm it. I ordered a $6 meal with a plain bagel bacon egg and cheese with the hashbrowns. I got a croissant. I purposefully ordered a bagel because I don’t like the croissants with this sandwich?? Plus they separated the bacon from the sandwich who does that. Super disappointing experience I was 10 minutes late getting home.

I am from Canada and Tim Horton lovers but these guys nailed it.
The staff members here are the best. A girl who took my order she was fantastically polite and great. I forgot to get her name bu CONOR was the one who made my tea. I said 4 sugar when I order but then I like my tea sweet so I told CONOR to add one more .
He is such a great person. Polite and friendly.

Cameron was an extremely nice guy and deserves a raise.
Visiting the area and we are used to our Dunkin where we live not displaying things that they have in store with staff that does not greet you. Came into this location and was immediately greeted. Everything was nicely on display and the store was clean! Great experience.

I dont even know why at still stop at this place, very inconsistent and exspensive. Every time I get a latte it's different everytime. Sometimes it's all milk, sometimes it's just espresso. I got a sausage egg and cheese the other day and the egg had a very rancid smell (like well water) that made me gag. I tried one of there croissant stuffers (supposed to be a fancy hot pocket) and it was absuloutely terrible. It had a single piece of sandwich meat rolled up with cheese in and undercooked and doughy croissant. For $5 I almost cried. Stick to hot pockets and gas station coffee, you and your wallet will thank me.
