I’ve been coming to this location for years and they have recently been going down hill. There’s new employees every time I go which tells me the turnover is rough. Whenever they make a mistake I handle it with grace and go about my day but this time it’s ridiculous. They are always miserable over the microphone. I ordered a triple iced espresso with whole milk and French vanilla and I was handed a hot espresso. When I kindly told them it was a mistake, Instead of remaking it they took the drink and put a few ice cubes in the hot drink and handed it back to me…. In a hot paper coffee cup. I then went inside to ask them to remake it correctly and they gave me an iced espresso basically half full and barely any milk in it. At what point is this acceptable. I work in the food service as well and have respect for what restaurant workers deal with but I would never treat a customer this way especially with how kind I am as a customer.

Staff is always super friendly, especially the drive through. Only thing is a lack in consistency of the special order drinks however this seems to be a common issue in the industry.

This Dunkin sucks so bad. I’ve been coming here for a few years now (the only one by me), and it’s progressively gotten worse. There’s no consistency with how the drinks are made, but if you like all cream and 0 coffee then I guess this is the place for you.
If you ask them to add on any extra coffee at the window (after seeing your purely cream $6 latte) they’ll tell you no and they won’t offer to remake it, or if they do they’ll have an attitude about it.
