For over a year ive gone to this location and always had things to say but in the past couple months the quality in food and service has significantly gone down. The girl they have in the windows (seemingly most mornings) is not friendly. Which wouldn't be an issue if she didn't shoot you daggers as shes handing your order to you. Before anytime I went everyone was very kind. Dunkin in general has big issues with maintaining their quality in food and service across all their locations. Im just going to go to Starbucks now, at least they listen when I ask for light ice.

My order was made perfectly as I wanted, I used to go to Dunkin Donuts at Aprile Drive but they kept messing up my order every single time, however I’ve been to this Dunkin’ Donuts a few times and they’re amazing, they always have everything available and the orders are made above expectations!

The early morning crew on the weekends are so friendly and very accommodating. I only go on the weekends and usually without much sleep but they are so energetic they really help me get my started along with a great cup of coffee. Thank you so much and keep being YOU!!
Dietary restrictions: I am getting coffee with oat milk, which is a great alternative since I cannot have dairy!!
I drive past two other Dunkin's to stop here most every morning, the staff is always so nice, and the food is consistently great every time. I don't drink coffee so I can't comment on any issues there. I just know my bagel is always toasted just right and assembled as ordered with no American cheese, yeah, I'm a weirdo that doesn't like American cheese. Even on my worst days the crews vibe is contagious and I drive away with a smile. Five stars and two thumbs up for the morning crew at the Odessa Dunkin Donuts!

I purchase a medium ice coffee and a croissant the girl charge me 14.73 when I pay I ask her how much was the coffee and the croissant and she replied 14.73 she was charging me for two coffees I returned the order and said thank you and when I left my card was charged. Be aware of this scam !! I confronted her and she told me she was the manager and to leave the store before she call the cops.
