I try ordering with Uber Eats and after 45 min wait and the order not being picked up I try to order online which did not work. I walked in the store and order 2 bagels. Neither of my orders was right, and I didn’t notice until I got home. Paid for a bagel with bacon egg and cheese, and got only bagel and egg. Ordered a farmhouse and it had egg, and the sauce… nothing else! Drove back to the store and they did not even apologize. Got my money back, but very disappointed to spend 2 hours trying to get breakfast.

My first time at this location, I had the maple French toast toasted bagel with cream cheese, and a cheesy hash brown, everything was good, the staff was super sweet, they were a very busy location, I’ll come back and try some other options.

Absolutely unacceptable and disgusting. This was at the Odessa location. My boyfriend ordered a breakfast sandwich and the egg inside was green and clearly rotten (see photos). There is no excuse for serving spoiled food. This is a serious food safety violation, not a small mistake. Eggs do not turn green unless something is very wrong, and the fact that this was cooked and served shows a complete lack of quality control and care. We immediately threw the sandwich away and did not feel safe eating anything else. This could have made someone seriously sick. I am beyond disappointed and genuinely concerned for anyone eating here. We will not be returning.

went on saturday and everyone was so nice! the food was great and came out very quick. special shout out to amy who handed me my order and didnt hesitate to grab me extra napkins when i bothered her about it LOL, very sweet girl!!!

Amazing Folks here at this locale, Noah the manager is a nice fella n he keeps the place imaculate, Food is superb, coffee too die for, and he hired great staff, who you may be lucky enough to encounter, Shay is a super sweet funny bubbly girl and her co worker Mia is also delightful and gregarious as is she. If you are in general vicinity, i'd swing through to enjoy all they have to offer for yourselves. 🏆🏆

Make sure you don’t ask for Shmear on the side or else you’ll get less than enough for a whole bagel. Save your money and go to Dunkin or drive to Palm Harbor. Never had this issue at that Einstein

Disappointed in thr lack of selection. The wait was a bit much since I ordered 6 bagels, plain, in a bag to.go and had to wait, like other waiting for sandwiches to be made. Mind required being put in a bag and I would have been out the door. Waiting at least 10-15 mins. Makes no sense.

The team doesn’t care about orders an do not see what has to be packed, the bagels are good don’t get me wrong, but the service needs work to be done. We ordered multiple times and they always forget cream cheese or Any spread that comes with the pack of bagels. The customer service is not the best, we called them back for our missing item and they did not do anything but told to pick it up and when we tried to explain this was a multiple repeated event the lady just cut the call.
Be careful when buying, the service is bad do not buy if you easily miss things.
