Make sure you don’t ask for Shmear on the side or else you’ll get less than enough for a whole bagel. Save your money and go to Dunkin or drive to Palm Harbor. Never had this issue at that Einstein

The amount of cream cheese on my bagel this morning was so little I had to add more when I got home.

Disappointed in thr lack of selection. The wait was a bit much since I ordered 6 bagels, plain, in a bag to.go and had to wait, like other waiting for sandwiches to be made. Mind required being put in a bag and I would have been out the door. Waiting at least 10-15 mins. Makes no sense.

The team doesn’t care about orders an do not see what has to be packed, the bagels are good don’t get me wrong, but the service needs work to be done. We ordered multiple times and they always forget cream cheese or Any spread that comes with the pack of bagels. The customer service is not the best, we called them back for our missing item and they did not do anything but told to pick it up and when we tried to explain this was a multiple repeated event the lady just cut the call.

Be careful when buying, the service is bad do not buy if you easily miss things.

No indoor seating. No place to sit and relax. Shame on Einstein for this decision. Right up the road is Starz Restaurant. Fabulous!!

Kaitlyn helped me when I ordered my coffee incorrectly and Shay always puts a smile on my face. Great location!

Just had my first visit to Einstein, and wow!
Shea is absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel genuinely welcomed. You can tell right away that she loves what she does, there’s such a positive energy about her, and it instantly made the place feel inviting and comfortable.

I wasn’t sure what to order, but Shea helped guide me through the options with patience and enthusiasm. I ended up with one of the best coffees I’ve ever had. Seriously, it was smooth, perfectly balanced, and just hit the spot. You can really taste the care and expertise in every sip.
It’s rare to have such a great experience on a first visit, but this one left a lasting impression. Between the outstanding coffee and Shea’s incredible service, I can already tell this won’t be my last stop here. Can’t wait to come back!

I went into this location as a first timer. I was going to order but I couldn't get any help. There was no line just employee at the counter deciding her personal conversation was more important than waiting on a guest!!! Never will return!!!

First time visiting this location. Took a good five minutes for the eight people behind the counter to even acknowledge the six people in line waiting to order. Was just stared at when approached the counter. Ordering was told what we ordered came with a side which she proceeded to list. Made a choice and was charged an additional $1.89. No explanation that the side included was chips. Ham and cheese received was cold. Cheese literally just taken from the fridge and thrown on. $7 for that. The turkey, avocado and bacon was a joke for $9. Won’t be back.

I took 5 sips of the cold brew and had the worst stomach ache, the egg and cheese breakfast sandwhich seemed like frozen Starbucks eggs with salty fake cheese.
If you’re not there for just a bagel as is, I’d go somewhere else.
