It was such a busy day, wait was crazy and we still weren’t helped until a server Miranda came and grabbed us and took care of me and my family. She make sure our food was hot and our drinks were cold enjoyed her company so much we stayed even longer. Such a busy day but still great great service from her will be here again requesting Miranda as our server!

I took my son, his wife, and four grandchildren to Hooters on Saturday. It was fully booked inside with a 2 hour wait. We hadn't reserved, so it was my own fault. We were able to eat outside immediately, so we took it. It was as hot as you'd imagine a July Florida afternoon to be, but we were in shade, and the fans did their work. We had a selection of the wing options, and we managed to get through them without complaint. My only criticisms are that the BBQ wings were swimming in sauce and just a bit way too much. Never got the atmosphere we craved, again due to being cut off from the happy throng inside. Servicee was OK but not great. The girls we did see were polite and friendly. Inside, I'd have scored full marks, outs8de a four at best. Don't be put off; just make sure you book in advance

I wanted to take a moment to personally recognize one of the servers, Allie, for doing an absolutely amazing job during my recent visit to this location. This was my first time having her as my server, her energy was contagious. Allie was incredibly attentive without being overbearing. You could tell she genuinely cared about the quality of our experience and not just about getting the job done. She has the ability to be both professional and personal at the same time. She made us feel completely comfortable, like we had known her for years, while still delivering amazing service from start to finish. Our drinks were always full, and our food arrived exactly as ordered. Great service makes a big difference, and Alli turned what would’ve been a regular visit into one we’ll remember. She represents your brand in the best possible way, and I hope she’s recognized for the incredible work she’s doing. I can’t recommend her highly enough. Hooters, you’ve got a real gem in Alli.

Well Wed 23 july 2025 about 3pm was not our best experience at Hooters. I have been to many Hooters in many states, Europe and Australia. Our wait for recognition seemed long 5m. Drinks/appetizer took another 10m. Had to ask another server to order. Food took 15m where I asked for another beer. It never showed up till I searched out server and asked for check and said skip the beer. We were done eating ready to go then she brought the beer. To little to late. Yes, she took it off the bill at my insistance. I'm hoping she was new. Pretty and cleavage does not excuse lax service or mean good tip. Yes we are older but have the money to tip for good service. In defense of Hooters the food was great. We had buffalo shrimp and boneless chicken wings. Beer was good, better if I had 2. The special Rita for $10 can be take off the menu. This won't stop us from visiting Hooters, just not this one.
