This location is trashhhh. Never open 24 hours as advertised and when they are they are doing a “system update” and refuse to take orders. So frustrating and they could care less about customer satisfaction

A friend went to the drive thru and ordered filet-o-fish, med fry and Oreo McFlurry with extra Oreo. I have an injured foot so he was doing me a favor. The McFlurry had “no” Oreo in it. He then went inside and was given a hard time because he wasn’t familiar with the whole kiosk process.

When he gave me the order, the Filet-O-Fish was barely on the bottom part of bun and the bun was so hard you couldn’t even press on it. The fries were stale. I had to take the order back, with an injured foot. I asked the manager to please look at the order. He opened the container and started to walk away. I then asked him to touch it. Said he didn’t have to. Colin, the manager, replaced the items. Not ONCE did he apologize for the order or inconvenience. On the contrary he had the audacity to give me attitude.
So, whoever owns this location, hope you’re proud of the person you have running it and the quality of food. I don’t eat fast food often but will definitely never visit this location again.

The dining room was dirty. Floor and most of the tables needed cleaned. Staff conversing with each other and could have taken time to clean instead.

Says 24 hours, don’t stop by at 4am-5am. Don’t get any service. Asked for only a bagel at 4am. They wouldn’t even serve a bagel. So why say 24 hours if you can’t serve? Might want to change your description to different hours since getting off of the expressway to go to your location because it says 24 hours.

Wow. Just wow! Very VERY RUDE. We pulled up late Saturday night because we got out very late from an event and had no where else to go. We pulled up to the drive thru and they had a very hard time comprehending the fact that we had an online order number, asked us 5 times amongst 2 different people. Finally we said we had an order of 5 people and they had an issue with that. They said look, we have large Uber eats orders, like okayyy?!?!? idgaf just give me my food, I’m in the drive thru I take priority, the mfers that ordered via Uber eats can wait. They have enough fat in their storage to where they can wait longer for their food. We pull up and CHRIS, their so called “manager” told us “it’s not smart to have a large order” like I do not care number one, you choose to work at McDonald’s, and two, why are you rude to your own customers, how stupid can you be, I know kindergartens smarter than that in which they would not put down their customers like that. I’m blessed I don’t live in Odessa, because I am not coming back, and anyone that I know that will be in Odessa, I will tell them to steer clear of the McDonald’s, and definitely stay away from Chris, because he has no people skills what so ever. Bye.

Would give a 0 star the staff was rude when we asked for a order called it not smart to order after 11, the guy is not fit for managers material and for McDonald’s that’s saying a lot. The manager stated there was 50+ uber orders and tried to state adding 5 in person orders were not worth their time. There’s been more use out of one ply toilet paper.

Kris, this is meant to help you long term. Paying customers and we were trying to be nice, learn how to be an adult. Telling a customer not to order, such a sham of a sales person. You are not the asset needed.

Also hygiene dude, you work with food. Seen burgers with less grease man.

sometimes me and my boyfriend go late at night & they don’t take cash like how is that supposed to make sense and u can only place one order at a time they don’t take more than one

This store sucks. As I pull in to the parking lot to order my meal on the mobile app, I can see employees sitting outside smoking and pointing at my car while I park on the side and order what I want thru the app. Eventually I get into line and the food I order is made ok but they’re missing the nuggets that go along with the $5 meal. I also used the app to allow a large fry for $2 and both are missing. I checked my bag and came back around the line and instead of helping me out they accused me of eating both the nuggets and fries within a couple minutes instead of admitting to their own faults that I spent my hard earned money for. And I never got what I wanted and paid for.

Don't want to give such a low rating, as this location can be a hit or miss depending on who's working. Never really had any big issues with quality of food. But with staff, yes .. I feel like 8/10 times I order I feel like I need to re-peat my order numerous times and somehow still have something missing or get incorrectly billed. Tonight I felt like I lost 10 braincells trying to order and still went home missing a drink from my happy meal.. Just check your food before leaving people! and always ask for your receipt.
