Disgusting dining area, very dirty and gross. We were the only ones dining in and before we entered tje drive through looked dead, yet the whole dining room was disgusting- a table had a leftover food, wrappers, ketchup smeared on the table that was just left and never cleaned up. The table we sat at had an extra sticky booth and table, had to wipe it down myself. There was garbage on the floor in various places. Trash on several tables. I get that it's a McDonald's- I don't go there for a fine dining experience, but when it's not a rush time, there's several employees on the clock, and it's not busy, you'd think they would at least do a 2 minute walk through of the dining area to throw away trash, quick spot sweep, and wipe down tables (and benches/chairs as needed). I get when they are swamped things pile up. But they weren't busy. We were there for over 30 minutes and no one did a walk through to clean anything up. And don't get me started on the disgusting bathroom situation.

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL ESTABLISHMENT
First time being here.... As I'm waiting to pick up food for a customer, the 'manager' and one of his compatriots went to speak to this group of young women and they were having an inappropriate, loud conversation. And I was on the other side of the restaurant, they were THAT LOUD. Sexually-Charged Communications between them and the women. Asking if each other were a top or bottom amongst other things. Indecent, disgusting & disturbing. This is the people you choose to employ & represent you? I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone, especially anyone with kids that still teach them respect and morals!!

I'm only writing this because this is the second time this has happened to me when I get these orders overnight at 3:50 a.m. to 3:53 arrival time here at this McDs, they say it's closed and they don't open till 4:00. So this franchise manager or whoever owns it needs to change their Uber hours to say no more orders before 3:15 or 3:30 or something like that because we keep wasting time coming to this restaurant when they don't do anything for us drivers so we keep driving here for free. Hoping to pick up an order 10 minutes before 4am. I really only run into this at this location. Any other McDonald's around here would just do it because it's before 4 but this is the laziest overnight staffed McDonald's I have ever seen.

This place just might be the worst McDonald's ever. My last 4 or 5 visits have either been wrong or missing things. Also they never seem able to just hand stuff out the window like everywhere else. It is always pull up and we will bring your food out and it is really a hassle to back out of that spot..My guess would be incompetent management making some really strange decisions.

Walked in and I'm the only customer in the store. Stood in front of the register for 5 min begore someone came over. Ordered and sat down 2 feet away. Never even asked me if it was for here or to go.. just put all my food in a bag and brought it over to my table. Ridiculous.

Messing up breakfast orders every 3rd visit seems to be the trend. Surprised with the spicy egg mcmuffin today, which was pretty disgusting. Love being forced to skip breakfast on a workday....

Manager here Kobe is so rude. And does not even want to do his job. You are literally getting paid to make our food and you cant even do that. They gave us our food wrong and when we asked for them to remake it he told us straight up NO that he wont make it because he doesn't feel like it. Great manager y'all have at this terrible location. Customer service is horrible here.

prepare to always be missing something, Then they blame DoorDash for their incompetence, door dash doesn’t bag the food. Then prepare to have to pay another delivery and service fee to order the items again you were missing and pray you get it, made 3 orders in a row before I got my right food

6am and i pulled in and multiple employees standing in the parking lot smoking. Waited 10 minutes for food and customer service was terrible. Never will be back again, I’ll drive 5 minutes away to the next one.
