Today I am rating this service a 1 star due to the manager Donny he was seeming to have such a rough morning only “collecting money at the back window” it started when I wanted to use a code he started telling me no I can’t use it ur total is just going to stay the same so I said can you please just put the code in me knowing I can at least collect the points for it he started to argue back and forth over it so I left the drive thru went inside we’re I was greeted with such great manner from a younger employee I believe he said his name was also Donnie ? Such a sweet kid helped me with what I needed he also explained to me what the manager did not (my sandwiches were buy one get one for a 1$) so that explained why he said my total was not going to change . And telling me his codes were down . Thanks to the younger employee Donnie I will return! .. as for the manager he needs to understand customer service and how to talk to them .

Never thought I would be writing a review for a McDonald’s but I would take your business elsewhere. I ordered a 4 nugget kids meal and the kid who took my order rang it in as a 6 count and upsized my drink without me asking. I had him correct it at the window and he kept the upsized drink on the ticket upon swiping my card. They are clearly overcharging people on purpose at this location.

I had a very rude experience with the guy that took my order. When I got home, I had an overcooked piece of chicken on a dry bun. There were no condiments & none were offered. I got a medium drink & the meal cost $10.81. I will not be back. Train your people.

Did not want to serve me in the Drive thru yet served the person behind me. Really sad how they do not appreciate their customer.
Normally have great service but whoever this new guy is in the drive thru is very rude and then when they made my burger wrong, my boyfriend goes in and that guy is laughing. On top of that, I paid for a large fry, they couldn’t even fill it up to a large but halfway full. Just overall disappointing. Wasn’t even busy either.
