What a delight to find GOOD Chinese food here in the Tampa, FL area! I moved here from NY a while back and until I discovered New China, I was consistently underwhelmed by the mediocre quality of Chinese take-out food available in the area.New China serves up very tasty authentic NY style Chinese food. Their portions are plentiful and the prices are quite reasonable.This place is my absolute go-to for great Chinese food even though it is a bit further away from where I live than several other lesser quality establishments.Check this place out - it is worth the trip!!

This family comes from the Brooklyn, New York style of Chinese food, an elevated fresh food standard of demanding people with discerning taste. I make sure to eat here at least once a week and thoroughly enjoy the freshness and expediency of the clean food preparation and the direct and kind service that I always find here. They change their prices once you get there to pay. I ordered 3 meals and I added an extra small cup of brown rice. The cost on their app was $2.75, the menu in the restaurant said the same, and even ON THE RECEIPT. When I get there to pay they said thats wrong and its 4.95 for a small. I wonder how many people they do this too.

Ordered chow mein and recieved a soup with zero noodles instead. I drove back to the store to clear up the confusion and they insisted this was the right product although if you search up chow mein on google, it is nothing like what they served me. The photos of the items on their menu aren't even their photos either. They are online pictures which do not represent the quality of the food you will receive. Very disappointing driving all the way back to just get laughed at for bringing up a genuine concern.
