Panera Bread

I was surprise to walk into Panera on a Sunday at 7:03 am which I’m thinking it opens at 7 am but the store was open and they had no food made also the females who was a front putting the food on the gallery looked at me like I was walking into her home kitchen she never greeted me and was not happy to see me walk into the doors… anyways how is it ur open at 7 am and has no food on the pantry or nothing made this is the second Panera I go to and the quality of the customer service is honestly terrible they really need to check an see who they are hiring also what managers they have running their locations!

The speed of service was perfect and friendly staff, I had a pleasant conversation with Kareem at the drive thru, give that man a well deserved raise! This was the only location to actually get my order right.

Went to Panera today at 1020 and they could not complete my order of a dozen bagels because they were out of bagels. Not out of one or two types….no bagels. They refunded me but I wont be back to a place that specializes in baked goods and can’t even keep bagels in stock through the morning.

The sandwich I bought was not good enough for the price. That was Philly Steak Sandwich, but hard to see any meat inside the sandwich. I don't feel good after I eat it. Always like Pantera before, but I think that's depends on the location.

I just love Panera.

There is a very nice worker named Athena who always goes above and beyond. One time the store was getting robbed and when the robber tried to shoot me, Athena grabbed the gun out of his hand and kicked him in the shin! Athena saved my life and deserves a raise!

This place is extremely understaffed and it makes the wait times unusually long for how short the lines are. The workers are incredibly nice though.

I always enjoy Panera food, tried almost all sandwiches and drinks. The kids there do their best, for many this is their first job, they also study, they are learning the adulthood responsibilities and many times get treated poorly by people that feels superior and should probably go to a high end restaurant that will better meet their expectations. This is great fast food place; and yes they can make mistakes but they are approachable and listen to you, so I can talk to them or the manager, they are always happy to fix it for you, so I keep coming back and see how they improve, no need to trash them in a review. It's rewarding to see our next generation making an effort, so let's guide and help them as we will find them in many other businesses too. God bless.

Ordered chicken Cobb salad and the lettuce was rotten, only one sliver of avocado, only 3 small pieces of chicken. Do not order from here

I usually go there to work on my own stuff with my laptop however, I stopped when the low temperature push me out after few minutes. It’s freezing there.

Love them.

What here for a quick lunch. Not a particular fan because of cost but the food is decent.
