It's been about three years since I wrote my original review, so here's an updated one.

The store still takes way too long to get your food to you if you're ordering/picking up through the drive thru. It's better than it was but expect to add 5 minutes to that "your order will be ready in... minutes" ironically even though they take a while to make the food it'll still come out cold somehow even though they just started making it when you got there. Like cold eggs on the breakfast sandwiches and unmelted cheese.

We come to this location at least once a week and I don't know what changed today, but the sandwiches were especially good and the playlist was perfect for a weekend morning. And the staff here is always friendly.

Went inside and stood at the cashier and menu desk to order. Waited 2 minutes for a fella to come out and tell us we had to take our own order down on the tablets and be our own cashiers. Second time this happened at a panera bread location. Turned around and left and won't be back to panera bread again.

Did drive thru, all was good until we found no spoon for the soup, then it took a trip around the block to go back for one.

This is the most comically sad $5 salad I've ever seen lol - Like, this is so, so embarrassing for you. What happened Panera, you're not even pretending to care anymore?

I'm literally laughing at this salad while I simultaneously cry that we let these chumps take our hard-earned money in exchange for 8 pieces of lettuce and 5 croutons. What happened to us America? We deserve better.

Do better Panera. You have one job, just do it.
Or don't..... who cares as long as the shareholders are happy right?

TLDR: Go somewhere else if you want to be fed, Panera sucks.

are you kidding me, discontinuing the brioche bacon egg and cheese is the worst move you could ever make. nobody wants an egg sandwich on a croissant. this is a joke. i will never spend money at panera again after this
