I walked in. Alarms went off and I waited for service for a REALLY, REALLY long time. I finally left and went to Jimmy John’s. It was great. As I was on my way home I finally reached Pizza Hut and they told me they saw me but refused service because there was only one employee and he couldn’t cope. The one delivery driver was gone so he couldn’t help. I only wanted breadsticks and they couldn’t even be bothered with that.

I recently placed two separate orders from this establishment—one on March 8th and another on March 14th, both around 12 to 12:30 AM. Unfortunately, both times, the pizza was not properly cooked and was poorly prepared. Today, I had to throw away the entire pizza due to its quality. Given my experience, I cannot recommend this place for pizza orders.

Ordered at 4:15 for a 5pm pick up on Halloween (knowing they would be busy). Got there at 5:15 and we told they had not started the order yet and couldn't give me a time frame of when it would be ready. Absolutely ridiculous. Asked for my order to be refunded and the lady at the register cancelled it and told me it would go back to my card in a day or two and if not "just call" them. Had to ask for a recipe showing it was cancelled just to have documentation.
