The cashier made a mistake on the drink order. And when we politely asked to redo it, they put us at the end of the queue - literally doing everyone else's order before ours, including mobile orders. Waited over ten minutes for the redo while it was their mistake.

I just had my very first smoothie, and let me tell you, it was quite the adventure! It took me about 10 minutes to make up my mind because there were so many delicious options. Thankfully, Abby was there to save the day! Her guidance was invaluable, and I can't thank her enough for her patience and expertise. The smoothie she crafted for me was absolutely fantastic—just the right blend of flavors! Honestly, if I ever owned a business, I would snatch her up in a heartbeat. I’m loving this smoothie and the whole vibe of the store, but Abby truly is the star of the show!
Just a quick note: for anyone thinking I have known Abby for a while, today was actually our first meeting! I’m not here to leave a review as a longtime acquaintance, but I just had such a fantastic experience that I couldn’t help but share it!

Smoothie King Odessa is my go-to spot for a refreshing pick-me-up! I always get the Mango Strawberry Pure Recharge, and it’s perfect every time—fresh, flavorful, and gives me the energy boost I need. The service is fantastic, with friendly staff who make the experience quick and enjoyable. Whether I’m stopping in after the gym or just on the go, they always get it right. Highly recommend this location for great smoothies and even better customer service!

Scott we went through the same thing with our daughter and I heard they have done the same to other employees, seems to be a pattern for this location. I think smoothie king Corp. needs to investigate this location and talk to past employees.

The management of this place is by far the most unprofessional i have ever encountered. My daughter has worked there for over a year and they texted her at 930 at night and let her go. And there reason is another team was $4 short in the register. I hope ownership knows how absolutely unprofessional their chosen manager treats her employees. Ive been in management in customer service my whole career and this is not how to treat people. For this place to make young peoples first jobs have to deal with this is sad. Truly. For those considering getting a job here, RUN away. For those that want to get a smoothie, dont support this establishment that treats their employees this way.
Update: your manager messages her last night at 930 and says ur off the schedule and she messages her again and says by not coming in ur resigning. So now u can put as she quit. Pretty cold tactics. Cant say ur manager is smart enough for that. That would mean thats an ownership direction. Even worse. STAY AWAY. Ive lived in land o lakes my whole adult life. I wish u would go buy a smoothie king in a different city.

Every time I visit this location the customer service is poor. Last time I blamed it on a bad day but it happened again today. I walked in and said hello and no one said anything. I was the only customer in the building at the time as well. The smoothies are good but for the price I would minimally like to be greeted.
