I have never been to a Starbucks that is so inconsistent with the quality of their drinks until I came here. My matcha barely had any matcha powder and looked no different to regular whole milk. Please do better.

Picked up a white chocolate mocha this morning (oat milk) and it tasted burnt. Really not good for a $6 drink. This is my go to order at another location and it never tastes like this. Maybe the espresso machine needs to be serviced. I won’t go back to this location.

We came in there this morning for some coffee after hurricane Milton flooded our home. Honestly needed a small pick me up, it was packed (cars around the whole building, 20 people waiting for orders) . Joey was working the register and he was amazing. Just kind, helpful, and really just an amazingly awesome individual. Let us know there was a long wait, but they were trying. No one wants to work after a storm, but the whole crew was working their butts off and just wanted all of you to know how much we appreciated you! It’s the small things right now, and made our days. Thank you!

I have found my new favorite drink here. I love the Strawberry Acai drink. Especially with the strawberries in it. The pumpkin cream cheese muffin was fantastic as well. And what's even more cooler was someone had went through their drive thru with a monkey. No lie there. It even had on a little sweater

This Starbucks no longer gives out coffee sleeves. They said you have to ask for one now. Well every time I ask for one I am told they are out. I feel like paying $6 for a coffee that Starbucks can afford to include a one cent coffee sleeve so I don’t burn my hands. Be better Starbucks.

Ordered my latte and sandwich through drive thru and the order was 50 shades of messed up.
Simple order of a grande cafe latte with sugar.. I got a latte with no sugar. I also ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich and got a sandwich with no bacon so it was basically and egg sandwich that I could’ve made at home.
I don’t like to rant or leave bad reviews but this was such a simple order and paid over $10 just for a coffee and sandwich and neither item was good..
