I come in here daily and have been meaning to make this review for a while. This location deserves more than 5 stars! The staff is always on it. So fast and polite every time. Clean place and great service thank you Starbucks Trinity yall are the best keep it up!

I ordered Starbucks almost every single day and this is the Starbucks closest to my home and I feel so blessed. Literally the sweetest team and I feel like my drink order is annoying and they never make me feel like that lol play rock and I love them and everyone there is Perfect angels, and they all deserve Raises

I come to Starbucks all the time and enjoy there food/drinks. But some things are not okay. For example I gave a 2$ tip and when they brought my drink I asked for a little bit more powder but they said that I needed to pay extra. Like is putting a little bit more powder going to hurt anyone? Otherwise the service is pretty good!

I'm giving this review solely on my barista Betty who, after a long line in the drive thru, greeted me with a positive and polite attitude, and proceeded to help make my birthday drink even better with recommending an extra shot. She continued to cheer me on and was genuinely pleased to reward me a free drink and wish me a happy brithday. I know how hard it is to keep a good attitude after a lot of grumpy customers as I'm sure she had experienced before i arrived, but that didn't bring her down. She is a great worker and barista, keep her and give her a raise!

My iced drink was made with a few cubes of ice and was hot to the touch when handed to me in the drive thru but I didn’t have time to even hand it back because I was waved on to keep the line moving. I called in about 10 mins later to let them know and see if I could come in on my lunch break to have it remade since I had already arrived at work. The woman stated she “couldn’t hear me because it’s loud and they are too busy” and that I needed to “call back in an hour or come back in”. I stated again that my drink was made incorrectly and that I was unable to come back until noon since I’m at work. She said “okay, even if your drink WAS made wrong, you need to call back, we are busy right now!” I said okay and hung up. I couldn’t believe how unbelievably rude the woman was that I spoke to on the phone. I know it’s just a drink but it was also money wasted due to the drink being disgusting.

This is the most consistently bad Starbucks in the area. 80% of the time I have to ask for my drink remade because they pulled the wrong kind of espresso - if you drink blonde taste your drink before you leave.
Most of the staff are friendly, but when I ask for my drink remade I swear sometimes they passive aggressively mess up the remake!! I end up driving to another Starbucks and asking them to remake it way too frequently.
