I come to Starbucks all the time and enjoy there food/drinks. But some things are not okay. For example I gave a 2$ tip and when they brought my drink I asked for a little bit more powder but they said that I needed to pay extra. Like is putting a little bit more powder going to hurt anyone? Otherwise the service is pretty good!

I'm giving this review solely on my barista Betty who, after a long line in the drive thru, greeted me with a positive and polite attitude, and proceeded to help make my birthday drink even better with recommending an extra shot. She continued to cheer me on and was genuinely pleased to reward me a free drink and wish me a happy brithday. I know how hard it is to keep a good attitude after a lot of grumpy customers as I'm sure she had experienced before i arrived, but that didn't bring her down. She is a great worker and barista, keep her and give her a raise!

My iced drink was made with a few cubes of ice and was hot to the touch when handed to me in the drive thru but I didnāt have time to even hand it back because I was waved on to keep the line moving. I called in about 10 mins later to let them know and see if I could come in on my lunch break to have it remade since I had already arrived at work. The woman stated she ācouldnāt hear me because itās loud and they are too busyā and that I needed to ācall back in an hour or come back inā. I stated again that my drink was made incorrectly and that I was unable to come back until noon since Iām at work. She said āokay, even if your drink WAS made wrong, you need to call back, we are busy right now!ā I said okay and hung up. I couldnāt believe how unbelievably rude the woman was that I spoke to on the phone. I know itās just a drink but it was also money wasted due to the drink being disgusting.

This is the most consistently bad Starbucks in the area. 80% of the time I have to ask for my drink remade because they pulled the wrong kind of espresso - if you drink blonde taste your drink before you leave.
Most of the staff are friendly, but when I ask for my drink remade I swear sometimes they passive aggressively mess up the remake!! I end up driving to another Starbucks and asking them to remake it way too frequently.

Personal shoutout to Betty, Willow & Grace! They make my morning every day! At this point itās not just about the quality coffee but the energy these ladies provide! It may be hard to justify spending $8 a day on a coffee to some people but for me they make it so worth it!
I will only go to this location because of them! Kindness goes a long way and it shines from them everyday!

This seems to be the only location I have this issue with but why is it that they are so inconsiderate and disregarding to customers who order delivery and the drivers who pick it up? Every single time I pick up from this location not only is the order never not once have been ready upon arrive but today I watched them continue to take customers who continuously come in long after Iām standing there waiting and yet they all get their orders made before the one Iām picking up. After 15 minutes of standing there I ask how much longer the one Iām picking up is going to be they get snarky and just say okā¦than magically they āstartā the orderā¦I watched them make the order and place the drinks on the back counter and started to once again make other customers orders and pushed mine to the side. I waited approximately 25 minutes for two drinks and one cake popā¦.because they made the two drinks and just left them sit there not packed up and no lidsā¦and thatās all the order was. Seemed to me like they didnāt like me asking about the order and I only had because they were being inconsiderate in the first place like every other time than chose to be vindictive and intentionally make me wait even longer while I have the customer contacting me complaining because of them. The business the customer ordering delivery gives you and pays your paychecks is no different than ones who come through drive thru or walk through the door. This location severely needs to do better. I have no issues at any other location even ones that are seemingly even busier than this one and yet these staff carry the same attitude towards delivery drivers. I know this is a hefty statement but I only chose to finally speak up due to this being a continuous pattern with this location. Do better.

I generally use the drive through. The employees are consistently polite and cheerful. The thing that stands out to me with Starbucks as a whole is when I order a coffee at any location it is consistent . I can not say that about the competition. You know the one that starts with D.
