New employees are apparently not trained very well. Very slow and shoddy. This place has gone down hill since new owners took over. I realize its somewhat difficult to get good help but its the owners responsibility to see that they are trained and qualified. Obviously this owner doesn't give 2 its. Poor management! Cant blame the employees if they don't get the proper training and are not held accountable.

Location is clean, staff is well trained. My complaint is in portion control. I am pretty habitual with my meals. I order the same protein bowl from subway, over and over again. Portion control needs just a wee bit of attention.

Go to another subway! 2 weeks ago, I called to cancel my order (if it hadn't already been made). My phone was cutting in and out, and the manager was very rude. I said I'd pay for the sandwich and just cancel the drink. Again, rude and basically hung up on me. I've done that ONCE! My husband paid online and showed up tonight, and they said that his name was on a board and they aren't allowed to serve him because "his wife cancels all the time." So wrong! We've ordered a few times a month for years, but we will happily find another location.
