Moved from nj quiet we went to the r roadhouse about once a month. Found this one in Florida and it did not disappoint! Mentioned to waiter that it was our first time at this location and manager Lexi? Gave us extra peanuts and a few app coupon!

Minimal wait time for how many people were there, that that was a plus, food was great! First time at this location, shawn was AMAZING! He’s not normally serving, so go see him at the bar for top tier customer service! I’ll definitely be back, the manager was also super sweet!

I have been to this Texas roadhouse now about five times absolutely love it. They are clean their sweet. The waiter and waitresses are so nice. I love the little dance they do and most of all the food is absolutely great. I have not gotten any bad food at all the steaks are so tender. I love it. I just wish they would open earlier than 3 o’clock. We have no good restaurants out here but them and they aren’t open till three. I wish that during the holiday season, they would’ve opened earlier so we could be doing our Christmas lunches there with our friends and family and things that we’re not gonna be able to see on Christmas Day But anyway love love love them give them a tin star
First time here and we absolutely had the best time! Food and service were 10/10!

Let me start by saying I've never had a bad meal at this location until yesterday. Yesterday, Saturday 12/20/25, my son and I had the worst dinner of prime rib I have ever had. Everything was great, the hot rolls, the garden salads, the atmosphere. They served our main entree which was 14 ounces of the driest looking piece of prime rib ever seen. Both, my son and I ordered the exact thing. His didn't look any better than mine. Prime rib is always served in its own juices, this had no moisture at all. We asked for au jus and two containers were brought to our table. I cut into the meat and noticed that it was so tough on the outer edges that the knife could barely slice through what looked like beef jerky. It had the consistency of beef jerky as well. I cut into the center of the meat and dunked it into the au jus. The au jus apparently never came from the prime rib roast, it was heated up soy sauce and extremely salty. It made the meat very hard to even swallow. We called over the waitress and she apologized and I asked for the manager. Both girls were sorry, seems disconcerning and asked if we wanted anything else. I wanted good prime rib. My son convinced me to have it since he always gets it in Gainesville and he assured me it is delicious. Trinity Texas Roadhouse prime rib was terrible. I didn't ask but our bill should have been adjusted for the lousy entree. During our dealings with the bad meat, the annoying line dance inches from our table made thing even worse. This scarred me for life as to never ever order prime rib again. The bill was about $75. What a horrible experience. Bottom line, they should have managers that truly know how to deal with this type of issue. Offering to get us something else after waiting for the food, just doesn't cut it. I'll go back but you might have guessed prime rib is off my wishlist.

This please ruined Texas Roadhouse for me. I’m sitting in the restaurant and had a hair baked into the roll. Then their response to it was awful. No I’m sorry nothing. If they don’t wear hairnets in the kitchen what other sanitary techniques don’t they do.

No matter how many chances I give this location, they continue to mess up every order. Not only can they not get it right but their customer service is horrible and their to-go is even worse

Pro tip: get on the waiting list through their website before you even get there. We've had good experiences almost every time. However, it does get a little bit too loud when the staff ramp up for someone's birthday performance. It's festive with a saddle for the birthday person as well. Certain songs that come on require staff to dance. It's a nice country throwback and the kids love it. Ps: ask for kid coloring menus and crayons before you even get to your table.
