Where is the owner? 2 total staff on a Saturday at 1pm. Only 1 person to make food, only 1 person to make smoothies and take orders. They told 12 people in line it would take 30 minutes to make food and they all left. Another 7 people came in and walked out. We are also waiting the 30 minutes.

Love this location!! Very clean and welcoming environment. Highly recommend trying them out!! Sophie was VERY sweet and helpful!! I haven’t been to a Tropical Smoothie in awhile and she helped me and my boyfriend pick the BEST smoothies. Will definitely be coming back. Big thank you to Sophia and Aaron for a great experience!!

The food is always consistent very fresh very delicious and the staff there is amazing they always kind and respectful Justin and Nicole help me out Justin is a great guy he always is there and always does a great job Nicole took my order quickly and efficiently I don’t live too far it’s just hard to find the place if you’re coming down 54 but it’s worth a search it’s a very clean I should say super clean restaurant with delicious foodAnd thanks Justin for always having a smile on your face and kind words for everybody see you next week. (Wheelchair accessible trust me I know)

I went twice, and neither of my experiences was good. I ordered a chicken wrap the first time, but they forgot to put the chicken in it. The second time, they gave me the wrong order. I told them they charged more because of the price difference, and they gave me an attitude because I brought it up.

This is the nicest tropical smoothie I’ve been to. It’s very clean, the workers always have a smile on their faces and my orders always come out fast. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

Went there today and I'm pretty disappointed in this place.The GM wasnt in uniform and was clueless she couldn't even answer one of my questions.I ordered the Chicken Pesto with no tomatoes and when I opened the sandwich not only were there tomatoes but it looked like she even thru Xtra in there and the ingredients looked and tasted expired....Absolutely disgusted,never will return to this place..
