Literally told the manager no other restraunt charges for sauce like a cup of honey mustard: tried to charge me 50 cents after spending 14$ . Then literally forgot my fries so I had to turn around and go back then says I’ll give you it cause we messed up , please steer clear, go to McDonald’s, Taco Bell or Culver’s where customer service isn’t based on how the manager feels.

This location is ALWAYS so slow! I gave it a 3rd chance last night as I didn’t want to drive to a further location. I waited in drive thru for 10 minutes and I was the only car there. I didn’t realize my husband ordered a drink and came home with no drink! This place lacks service. It seems only 2 people work the entire store. I will be driving to the further location from now on

It’s a Wendy’s - best fast food restaurant, period. Their burgers are the best and you can’t beat a chocolate Frosty (have to dip those fries!). What really impressed me about here this morning was I had a hankering for a Frosty with my breakfast Baconator, so they had to switch the machine on for me which they did, and offered me a complimentary self-serve soft drink whilst I waited - that’s what you call great customer service, thank you.

The only redeeming quality for this restaurant is the fact that they have affordable meal options but that is not saying much since that's every Wendy's. The drink machine usually only has a few options with the rest being out of stock. The tables are always dirty and most of the time there is water on the floor without a wet floor sign.
