Ordered ahead and the burger still took 30 minutes after the pickup time to make. They didn’t necessarily do anything wrong but they are absolutely understaffed for the volume of orders they have.

The fries are always soggy and old, soggy gross. Today I ordered a whopper Junior no onion combo and I received a regular whopper, All onion and extra pickles no mayo? Why . Right ticket .. wrong meal. I know the other customer who received my meal is very frustrated 🤣

This place is an absolute joke! Yes, it’s clean, but the people are so incredibly slow. The slowest fast food restaurant I have ever been to then when you try to ask how much longer, they act like it’s your fault. I waited 10 minutes for them to take my order and over 20 minutes for fast food in the drive-through and this just wasn’t one occasion. It was multiple. make sure if you go here you have plenty of time.

Went thru drive thru, Diana took our order, our money and then ran to other window to give us our drinks and asked us to move up to wait on food which she then brought out to us, attitude was great very friendly even though she was doing it all!!!
