We visited around 7:30p on a Saturday. When we walked in, the manager was a little stressed because there was a small rush of customers, but she was very friendly when taking our order. The kitchen worked efficiently, the food was fresh and hot, and we didn't wait more than 5 minutes for a 3 item order. The dining room was clean and comfortable.Bathrooms were also clean and well stocked.Wheelchair accessibility: There's van parking and wheelchair accessible tables in the dining room.

Been here 4x. Haven't had any bad experiences as some of the other reviewers. We asked for extra crispy fries and received what we asked for and all the special extra ingredients we customized on our burger per our mobile order. Not EVERY fast food has been successful at this. It is very frustrating and we are very proud that this location follows through. The inside experience is very clean (with upgrades) unlike some other locations. Staff is kind, thorough and respectful! THANK YOU!!!

Am snow bird from N.C. can't understand why you can't get a bacon burrito? They tell me only comes with Sausage??? In N.C. you rule! Which means you get your way? Otherwise is very good! Will try to find out who owner is and get answer why I do not rule!

We spent 19.oo for 2 people to eat. Sad Brugerking used to be one of the greatest fast food places to eat. Gotta a bacon cheese burger and did not even have one whole piece on bacon on it. Also, I had whopper used to be my favorite. Was poorly made. For the mon, y there should have been plenty of lettuce tomato and on, on not even a whole piece of lettuce. And they were afraid to put the mayo and katchup on it. Sad won't be back. They shut the one down in Leesburg, Florida. Maybe they should shut this one down, too.

Asked for two BK Royal honey mustard wraps with no tomatoes because I have Diverticulitis and can't have seeds, with heavy honey mustard sauce, and a large diet Coke very light ice. They couldn't have screwed the order up anymore than they did lol. Instead I got two wraps with no honey mustard sauce extra tomatoes and a coke heavy ice. Literally the exact opposite of what I asked for.

This Burger King is the KING. It has all that royalty could desire: soap, hygienic paper, and comparatively clean surroundings. I particularly admire the throne, though the room it occupies is a peculiar choice.

By the time Google approved this review, I was still waiting in line. Pulled up around 7:55pm on 12/2/23 and I'm writing this review at 8:22 where they have processed 3 cars at this point. When I worked here I could've made everything fresh for each customer and get them through faster. I've read a lot of reviews about people here having personal conversations while working and today was no exception. People driving out of the drive thru cause of the wait. As a manager, it makes me wonder how this location is making any money paying people to goof off when you're busy. When Angie ran this store, it had d*** near 5 stars for the 11 months I worked here and it all went to H*** within the following year and I figured it would've fixed itself after Covid but it didn't.This Burger King as well as many other franchised restaurants are owned by Quality Dining Inc. Everyone needs to stop supporting this company.I have never seen the fryers oil ever drained, cleaned, or refilled in my 11 months of working here from the day it opened. All the hot trays that hold your whopper patties, chicken, fish, nuggets, chicken fries, etc, have timers that when they go off mean you have to throw away the product and make it fresh to ensure quality and nobody gets sick. They just reset the timers a couple times before tossing stuff so they "don't lose too much profit" to quote the old manager. They would cross contaminate the fryers putting fish in whatever fryer was available regardless of the fact they only had a fish timer on one of the fryers for good reason. These franchises are absolutely awful if you want quality food because they aren't funded like corporate stores are so they are going to do anything and everything they can to pinch pennies.Sorry for the rant but I hope I made my point clearBtw I finally got my food @ 8:35pm and my chicken fries are cold.
