We were there this weekend. I am an ambassador member with Marriott Bon boy. I show my wife and I are guaranteed breakfast at all of the properties and as you know by being an ambassador member, we travel a lot my wife does not like to eat in the restaurants so she always gets her breakfast to go and we bring it back to the room to eat which the staff was it very gracious the first morning and provided us another guest with the go boxes to get our food to go. However, on our last morning, the manager, Brian was there with my wife ask him for a to go box he was very rude to her and stated that they don’t allow guests to bring to go breakfast out of the restaurant while other guests were fixing to go boxes. In the meantime my wife and I have a mixed marriage and he was very rude to her not realizing we were together so I believe his motives were less than wholesome. He was very ugly to her. I will not stand for treatment like that of my wife by hotel management just because he is a racist. Beware of this property.

A lot of glowing “first reviews” added in the last week which make me wonder. This is a hotel and a motel. Low price gets you a motel room. Front desk people are very nice, as well as housekeepers. Gorgeous beach! Nice landscaping- some effort made here. Downsides: pools not heated so very cold in March. A big pile of pistachio & sunflower seed shells left poolside by some rude guest sat there for days. Hot tub contained a tepid, stagnant brew of filth, leaves, and who knows what the day we arrived. It was closed the next day. Only enough towels for one guest in the room. On arrival, the pullout sofa’s mattress had brown stains and crumbs all over. Revolting. A nice worker came and vacuumed it and we put a mattress cover on it. Not enough outlets in the room, as is so common in an old place. The buffet breakfast was almost comical. We stayed 6 nights so it was included. They watch every table and guest like hawks to make sure no one is sneaking in. Anyone can come in and pay $19 a plate if they want. There was never a time over our stay where they had everything available. There might be a spoon, but no knives or forks. There might be oatmeal fixings but no oatmeal. Yogurt toppings but no yogurt There might be lukewarm scrambled eggs or none. No waffles or waffle maker WTH! Only one day did it look like anyone was actually working in the kitchen. Will go elsewhere next time.

Ladies at front desk nice. Property disgusting. Nothing like site presented. Furniture was soiled worn ripped. Beds uncomfortable. Never again lesson learned. Room smells of bug spray. I’m concerned. First family trip in three years. So sad

Hunter at the beach bar is awesome, making great drinks and local advice is extremely helpful. Food was very good, will come back every day. You gotta stop by if possible. The bar is behind the hotel right off the beach.

fourt points sheraton in fort walton beach is one of the best hotels ive ever been to. the service great. Jay at the front desk was so kind and helpful to us. the workers at the pool was so much fun, they made the kids feel special.

Four points was great The kids loved it!! Super Friendly staff great music food and drinks!! J at the front desk was super helpful and sweet. The dj at the pool definitely kept the kids entertained with pool games and trivia!

We love this place! Stayed here many times when my daughter was in dance and competitions were held across the street at the Convention Center! My husband and I now stay here on our way to and from Cocoa Beach. Great staff! Great rooms!
