Horrible customer service. No communication, no responsibility. Would not recommend. Never again.Ordered a bounce house for my sons birthday a couple weeks before his party called to confirm a couple days before, they confirmed and never got delivered. Thanks goodness for other local business they made it happen for us!

Our event occurred in October and I have taken this long to leave a review for a few different reasons:

1. I wanted to give the owner ample time to correct the issue.
2. As small business owners ourselves, I despise poorly reviewing another.
3. We never received a partial refund. despite correspondence addressing it.
4. I've got time today.
