Staff, which I believe was owner, was very friendly. Explained all of the food to me and how it came. Food itself was great. We got the St. Louis style ribs and pulled pork. Also got cowboy beans and Mac and cheese. All delicious and would highly recommend!!

In Okeechobee from Kentucky and have been looking for ribs for several days.
Tender, moist with a very flavorful rub, sauce was good but they really didn't need it.

Got the brisket sandwich, it was really good. The price was appropriate for what I got. Was disappointed at the side options, they only had mac&cheese and beans, so I just got the sandwich which was plenty filling for a meal. I would’ve liked to get coleslaw and/or fries, or maybe even some collard greens.It’s at a food truck lot; during my visit two trucks had a shared covered dining area, nothing fancy but clean. There are also banthrooms available.

Blue Moon BBQ hits the spot with the best of em. Whether you're local or traveling from a distance, it's worth the drive. Shawna catered my buddies bachelor party at a local facility and the food was nothing less than a hit. The brisket is tender and melts away in your mouth. The ribs are ridiculously good, the chicken has so much flavor it dances in your mouth, and the pulled pork hits all the right spots. Be sure to also check out her Dr. Pepper BBQ sauce and don't forget the homemade mac n cheese.Thank you, Blue Moon for making a great day even better.

I love Blue Moon!! The owner is so pleasant every time I see her and I love how it’s a generational BBQ recipe. The ribs are so tender, the meat basically falls off the bone. The sauces are made in house but, to be honest, you don’t really need them. I love supporting women in business and she make it easy to be a supporter. I highly, highly recommend these ribs.

Good food and friendly service. We went on Saturday about 2 or 3. She was out of pulled pork but the ribs were good. We also enjoyed the mac n cheese and cowboy beans. Hands down better BBQ than any restaurant chain.
