If I could give it 0 stars I would the drive through had 20 cars so I went inside took 34 mins to get my order the drive through gets served first there is now about 15 people inside waiting for food also 1 person cooking 7 people walking around doing nothing

My son David went picked up lunch at the drive thru and the person forgot to give him his 18.00 change. He realized it when he got home. Called and the person was very rude. So he is out 18.00.

I was going through the drive through and sat for over 10 minutes I think they forgot there fast food and by the time I they gave me my food they forgot to give me 18 dollars change
We left because they couldn’t fill an order for us and it was only for a Coke

I dont eat a lot of fast food. Maybe once every 2 months or more. I mostly stick to Taco Bell. I dont like the taste of McDs or Wendy's food, and I haven't had BK in a while. Im 38 weeks pregnant, we had a long drive ahead, and I wanted a cheeseburger. Decided to try BK. I was not disappointed at all. The whopper was hot and delicious, so much tastier than any other fast food burger. Im also a fry-snob. I only eat fries that are potatoey and taste good. These fries are the BEST! So good. Ditch Wendy's and McDs, go to BK. Also if you have Walmart+ you can get 25% off your order if you order online. Keep up the good work, BK. Don't change your yummy food.

The manager was super nice this morning regular customers that came in she knew what they wanted
Clean place, but have waited over 20 mins for my food every time. Both of my last times there, I had to throw my food away by the time I received it because my lunch break was already over due to the long wait. Not the employees fault, as its clear that they are being overworked, underpaid, and it is evident that this store cares more about maximizing profits, and little to none about their customers and employees.
This explains why most BK's have been going out of business up and down the state. A place that chooses to cut cost at the mercy of their customers and/or employees, makes it obvious that they're not managed properly and corporate along with anyone involved should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this.

Ordered through door dash and the order was completely wrong. They didn’t have onion rings so they substituted with fries without communicating. Talked to the manager Esmerelda and she stated door dash has to take care of her issue and refused to give credit for in store. Very poor service and showed no worries with my concerns.
