I DO NOT KNOW WHY I KEEP COMING BACK. NEVER AGAIN. I always go through the drive thru the coffee always taste bitter and burnt. The girl in the drive thru is rude. I just ordered munkins and I got one with MOLD on it !!!!!!!! Worst DUNKIN IN TOWN

I always feel welcome walking into this dunkin. The employees there are always respectful and you can see they try their best to get to taking thr next order as fast as they can. They all have excellent customer service and can make conversation quite well. Hats off to whoever hired these people because they're amazing.

I ordered 4 medium drinks for my team, got to the window and decided to add to my order a dozen assorted Sherry rudely said “they are cracking down and she is not allowed to do it” there was one person behind me I pulled around and Sherry answered welcomed me back to Dunkin laughing so I ordered the dozen assorted and she snickered again, got to the window and she was super smug

I read my coffee order directly from the app “cookie dough cold foam iced coffee”. Didn’t change it at all, wanted it exactly the way it comes. I had to repeat it 3x. They didn’t ask what size, just automatically gave me a large, but it was just a regular iced coffee. When I got to the window, I said again what I ordered and the girl said “well it wasn’t rang up that way” and turned around and added the foam. Then I showed the picture from the app and said “this is what I ordered-cookie dough cold foam iced coffee” and she said I had to park. I refused stating I had read my order directly from the app 5x by this point and she said “then I’m not going to be able to help you because I’m on a timer” and closed the window in my face. Now, I was not rude and didn’t even raise my voice. I simply refused to park because of an error that they made after I told them 5x what my order was. I prefer local coffee shops to chains and this exemplifies that very reasoning. I’m here visiting family for 2 weeks and definitely won’t be back to this Dunkin’.

Best Dunkin’s I’ve been to in a while. They never get my order wrong and they are always extremely nice and helpful even if they have a rush. They are the only Dunkin’s I will go to in town

Not the type to write a review but I am disappointed with my experience today. I always order from here and the never messed up my order but today they did. How do you mess up the coffee when it’s printed on the label. Maybe because it’s a new person because I’ve never that person before but please read the label. Now I’m stuck with a coffee that taste like straight water down espresso.

I just went in this Dunkin to get a snack and a coffee. There were 2 employees behind the counter. Neither of them acknowledged me at all, and I was the ONLY customer there. I stood there for 3 or 4 minutes and finally just walked out. The service here is the absolute worse I have ever experienced.
