Not the type to write a review but I am disappointed with my experience today. I always order from here and the never messed up my order but today they did. How do you mess up the coffee when it’s printed on the label. Maybe because it’s a new person because I’ve never that person before but please read the label. Now I’m stuck with a coffee that taste like straight water down espresso.

I just went in this Dunkin to get a snack and a coffee. There were 2 employees behind the counter. Neither of them acknowledged me at all, and I was the ONLY customer there. I stood there for 3 or 4 minutes and finally just walked out. The service here is the absolute worse I have ever experienced.

Rude service. You only get 1 piece of bacon per sandwich. They crumble it up and spread it out. You pay 5 bucks for that! When I asked for a order of bacon she would tell me to get back in line! How ridiculous! Never go back to this particular

Whenever I come into Okeechobee I always have to stop by this dunkin for my coffee. Not only do they have amazing service but they also know how to make delicious coffees!!!
I ordered 1 drink as I walked out of Winn Dixie, loaded my groceries and drove through 2 lights down to DD, parked and walked in. I then waited in line for 5 minutes to be pointed to a pickup corner like I should have known, though I had never been in that store. Then I went to the other end of the counter and my drink was not there. 10 minutes more and my drink was not there. I tried 3x to get someone to just get me a refund to no avail. Finally, a total of 30 minutes after my order was placed, I got my drink and it was wrong. I tried to say something but no one was remotely paying attention to the customers, which many were upset about missing and/or wrong orders, so I just walked out, grateful I had a drink.
