A donut shop WITH NO DONUTS! SERIOUSLY they had 3 trays maybe 4 varieties set over to the side on a rolling rack. All the shelves were empty!!!! It was early afternoon. I had to look for an employee. Maybe they were embarrassed that there were NO DONUTS. There was a tip jar at the front counter and I told the clerk to tell your boss it is pretty hard to get tips if you don't have DONUTS! ITS IN YOUR NAME DUNKIN DONUTS!Fail just a fail on your part

I called and asked if they had a drink left in stock. The first person who answered said yes so we went there. And then when went into the line, the person told us they were out. Which would have been fine if I wasn’t lied to. Then I called back and the lady said they stopped selling them and were out of season. I don’t like being lied to, I was trying to get a gift for one of my best friends.

Often the orders are not correct. The help can't seem to hear often. They repeat back the order wrongly òr they ask you to repeat many times and still give me the wrong order. But the help are very nice for the most part. When asked a question, they often do not have an answer .

I love all the staff, although Tiana is my fave!!! I have to say that most all the staff knows my order as it is almost always the same and they all do an amazing job at making my coffee. Thank You to ALL STAFF for your excellence in customer service, The staff is my reasoning for coming back to this Dunkin. So keep up the GOOD WORK ?Parking: I wish the parking lot was bigger and better options for coming and going but bc of having little space it sometimes is difficult trying to leave or trying to find a place to park when you don't want to wait in the long line for drive thru.Kid-friendliness: Yes it is kid friendly and I love how there is plenty of space to sit and enjoy your coffee and donuts. I also like how it is also student friendly having free wifi allowing high school and college students to sit and study while having a refreshing drink and snack or just simply coming with family and friends to just sit and enjoy each other's company.

I always mobile order here as it will be way faster than drive thru or waiting inside. Only really come here when we have to out of convenience, as our drinks are always so watered down and bitter. At the very least our drinks are always correct from the order and made in time. Food is usually correct too and insanely hot, but no biggie there. Staff is friendly enough! Plenty of seating inside and outside as well.
