This is now the 3rd time in a row of them getting our order wrong. The girl at the window was very sweet the girl making the food was upset at us because SHE made our order wrong. We ordered 2 bagels one cream cheese one strawberry cream cheese, a sausage and cheese croissant, and munchkins. She gave us a bacon and cheese bagel and the strawberry bagel. When we told the women at the window she apologized and told the women making the food which she responded the bagel is a sausage and cheese and when I said it was bacon and cheese she rolled her eyes and asked for it back.

I order same coffees everyday (did I mention EVERYDAY- 2 medium iced coffees one for me and one for my husband) between 2 Dunkin’ Donuts in Okeechobee and there is never any consistency for the same exact iced coffee. This morning I asked the girl why my coffee was so dark? Her response was we made it the way you ordered it. Ummm no you didn’t. Taste like crap and getting really tired of taking chances on my daily coffee when there’s no consistency. Time for a change
